    If it isn't stolen they don't have anything to sue on unless he leaks which they could then sue for damages. It is entirely possible that he ordered the game and a retailer sent it to him early. It would be much more likely that they would sue the retailer for making such a grave error.

    We saw hornets in Halo universe time after falcons so it is more likely to have hornets than falcons for consistency.

    Until their consoles are outdated in which there is no point keeping that specific game exclusive to the console so they port it to the PC to sell their newer operating system.

    The night of the release was the long weekend. Me and my mates played for 3 days and 4 nights straight. No food, shower or anything that would stop the gaming session. Many times before hand with Halo: CE we all joined a server and got pissed off when someone needed to use the landline, the sessions lasted from Friday afternoon straight until about 11 clock Saturday.

    US store accounts come with complications if something goes wrong or it comes time to pay for something. Halo 4 here doesn't come with anything but the game and manual. NZ is the worst place for anything game related

    My point is that Microsoft does not need to force people to have gold before buying DLC it in no way stops them from being able to deliver the content to the user. By trying to squeeze money out of people this way many people won't bother at all because they will have to pay for two things instead of one. It is fine when the DLC can only be used in online multiplayer matches because you need Gold for that.
