    I can order from other countries but shipping is ***** and so is RMAs. BF3 on PC was $70, this is why I am PC gaming all the way. Yes it would be nice if everyone was able to afford Gold but it just isn't possible. Our dollar is worth about 80c USD but our oil is somewhere around $2-3/L depending where you buy it.

    You do not need Xbox Live Gold to be able to buy DLC, the fact they have forced people to have Gold to play is purely money making.

    No I had to pay $140 for the game as games here are only distributed by a few massive retailers, that is enough to buy groceries for a fortnight. Gold costs just less than the game with the year card. Halo: Reach was a big release and I only got a 2-day trial, yes I can finish it in two days but what if I want to play it again later?

    My problem is with the crazy prices for DLC. It used to be a sauce or cheese in the pie but it is now the other half of your pie. It has come to a point where people worry about a skin or some other useless piece of ****. I'm fine with DLC while it doesn't disadvantage you during gameplay, has a high level content/cost and actually improves gameplay. Games used to be so fun you could play the same maps almost forever and they would still be fun, it has shifted towards putting out worse games and just spam the amount of maps, transport and weapons while collecting more revenue.

    Here in New Zealand we have a children's hospital and there is a charity that gives them stuff to play with normally in groups, I believe they have some console. Inquire about a similar thing in your country.

    Not quite right, they will have physical servers and a bunch of those servers will be connected to a node and they have hundreds of these if not thousands. On each node there will be some virtual servers running an OS which houses the software for the back-end of games. It is quite easy to move a virtual server to another less used node in the mean time. But you are right in the fact these nodes slowly get upgraded over the years however the fact that it is an old game is the more probable reason for taking it down.

    Sensitivity to 10 (INSANE) allows you to twitch spin for checking both sides.

    Yeah, I would rather have $20 than SO and Gold, I'm only buying it for the campaign. As a PC gamer I don't buy Xbox games for the multiplayer and I use firefight at a mates house for the 4-player ability.

    I'm not sure what you're on? The scorpion is a great deal faster than walking and it easy to drive if you know how to correctly

    Both have their applications but for general use a scorpion has far supeior speed to avoid almost anything, greater range, faster projectile and boasts the ability to have side gunners for transport, anti-infantry or any other less immediate threat.

    Halo 1 (PC), Halo 2 (PC and Xbox), Halo 3 + ODST, Reach, all the books were 'obtained' in epub format. You may have a better collection in terms of sheer volume but that does not directly influence your skill level and knowledge.

    Stop bitching IMO, Halo 2 on legendary was harder so suck it up and keep practicing.

    It is the same process the only limitation is that of the console mindset. Get a decent mouse with variable DPI, 5700DPI FTW! I can lower the sensitivity for those tricky shots and bump it back up for vechiles. Accuracy and high-sensitivity without trade-off, all my console playing mates keep asking me why I change the sensitivity to max (10 Insane on Halo) every time until they try it.

    Because here in NZ every console game is overpriced. The LE($130) was actually cheaper from a hardware retailer (that have amazing CS for RMAs etc) than it was from a games stores (90-150$ depending)

    The Xbox's operating system only allows one application to run at a time.

    Pre-ordered LE as I always have done. Halo 3 was $120, Reach was $130, Halo 4 is $140. At this rate I could buy three games instead of Halo 6.

    If you're a programmer you know the reference. Played Halo: CE when I was much younger on an XP-Ready Pentium-III when ADSL1 was crazy expensive. Since 2001 I have kept up with the seris on PC, I finally bought a 360 just after ODST was released although I played 3 and ODST at a mates place. Read all the books blah blah etc. See you around

    NO! It is already well established that the organisms have purple blood in several books.

    I had to 'obtain' a copy because the book is not available here in NZ yet I assume it is most likely the same in other countries.
