Like stated so many many times, if you live outside of North America you wont get a code, if you do live in NA you should get your code before the new year, if you code does not arrive by 2013 then you will never get a code

In many ways when Reach came out that was an end of an era. Before Reach Halo was without a doubt the dominate game on xbox. As the release of Reach grew closer Halo 3 declined and so did the community. Once Reach was released the community was divided and CoD became the dominate game on the 360. Halo 3 was a great game, but that time is over and we can only hope that 343 can restore halo to what it once was

If you played before November 20th and live in North America then you should be getting a spec code soon for 343i If not than you will be stuck at 70 until 343i unlocks the specializations for everyone
