1- Well, how does one dies and spawns back every 3 seconds? :/ 2- Elite Ops with Elites in War games should be nice. There's always a way, isn't it?
-
Hmm I believe Daniel would be either Elma 'Nadolee or Elus 'Nadolee.
-
Well, they must have a way :I Or else they would use a easier name XD
-
Good to see that people are actually interested by this topic Thanks for the support, man! It really helps! Hmm not quite like that. You see, as the war games are a simulation, why not to include playable "A.I"? Electronic, holographic sangheili are a very good thing to include, In my opinion.

Real talk... there are many options in this one: Alus 'Latodee, Alus 'Aerosee and Lkus 'Latadee. Hmm let me see what I can do for your name... It could be Xxus 'Azaumee, or Xxne 'Azaamee. Not much I can do because of that Double X on your name :I Haha I believe Desmond would be Ndth 'Sedadee. EliteISnIp3r is rather difficult. It should be Erus 'Ileumee. But if you want both together, it could be Ndfa 'Ileamee. Names with numbers are quite a challenge XD
-
Harbinger... Well that is quite a complicated name, let me see... It looks like it is Erbr 'Rahumee. Not quite sure though :/
-
Yoshi would be: Hibr 'Soyumee. Anthony would be: Nybr 'Tnautee. Both together would be: Nybr 'Soyumee. Anthony was quite difficult to transform :/ It would be Nybr 'Tnautee.

I don't think it changed much, did it? Anbr 'Ehsosee. No, I don't use generators. They simply helped me on my research, but I don't use them for this.

Did you always wanted to know what your name would sound like in Sangheili? Well, this topic will inform you how to know your name in Sangheili! The steps are pretty simple, all you've got to do is write in this topic if you want to know your Sangheili name. You may inform me your real name to turn it to Sangheili. If you don't, I will use the name that you use in the forum! An example of a name turned into Sangheili is my own. That's it for now! I'd love to have something to do. If I don't reply to you so soon it's probably because my vacations are finished, or I'm having some issues on transforming your name into Sangheili name! The following text is not necessary to read, but if you want to, you may read it! Some people asked me how that I knew their names in Sangheili. Well, my answer is that I have been researching the formation of Sangheili names for some time. It was kind of difficult, but I managed to be able to transform almost any name into sangheili! I might have some issues into transforming names with numbers on them, but I'll try my best!

Uhh you know that there is A.I, right? They could be A.I, in this case. Good to see that you now understand why they are quite necessary.
-
As I said before, an Invasion gametype would fit very well in the game, since the Sangheili we are fighting against are enemies, just like in Reach.
-
See, many people think they're not necessary. But many other people think so. You see, if you watched Rise of The Spartans or any other machinima, a lot of them include Elites, making them really necessary for such Machinima movies. And you must admit, somethimes playing as Cool dinosaur aliens in Reach/H3 was really nice XD Ehh I was kind of difficult to understand what you were trying to say, but I guess you have a point. I know that they wouldn't fit, but if you remember, Elites were friendly in Halo 3, and the Covenant were "destroyed". In Halo 4, the "Covenant" that we fought were actually some sort of separatists, but they were not allied with the humans. That means that the Sangheili from 2552 are still allies, but were not present in the game. So maybe they should have included such a thing in at least Custom Games and Forge, and I believe those do not have a story behind them. They were crucial to many Machinima movies, such as Rise of The Spartans. If you think of it, Sangheili clans existed since Halo 2. And they were back in Halo 3, then in Reach. But apparently, they would have to meet in those older games since Halo 4 does not include such an option. 343 should have included them in Halo 4. And if you'd remember Halo Reach, Elites were NOT allies, and yet they were playable, having their own gametypes such as Elite slayer, Blargball ( ) and Invasion. An Ivasion gametype in Halo 4 would fit perfectly just like in Reach. It fits because it's Elites vs Spartans. not Elites and Spartans vs Elites and Spartans. You see, there was no reason to remove playable Elites from Halo 4 completely, if you think about that. There were reasons to them to continue in H4. I hope 343 understands that Halo would not be Halo without playable Elites, and Machinimas wouldn't be the same either. It's good to see that there are still people who enjoy playing as Elites. At least we are not alone, brothers!

I vote for The Director. A promise is a promise, cannot be broken I guess.
-
Well that was kinda short reply... shorter than I expected XD But I'll keep my word, so I'll vote you

I'm thinking more of the Machinima Community. Lots of Machinimas have Elites. But then again, it's just a hope I have :/

Hello everybody! I'm going straight to the point: ELITES CAN STILL BE SAVED! And by that, I mean 343 is still able to listen to a whole bunch of Sangheili fans, such as myself. Elites were playable since Halo 2, and were not playable only in Halo: CE. Even though Halo Reach did not have the option to play as elites in every gametype, we were still able to play as them in Custom Games, Forge and special gametypes. I have seen many topics regarding such a thing, and some replies to those topics were, mostly, not the most "appreciatable" by Sangheili fans. Of course, we, Sangheili fans, are fewer than the Spartan fanbase. And I know that you who bought Halo 4 expecting playable Elites and/or Elite Ops to be in the game were frustrated (that includes me!). BUT 343 can still release a game DLC in which we have Elite player models. Also, 343 has been updating H4 recently and frequently, so I'd be satisfied for now with at least one or another Gametypes with Elites (Invasion, Elite Slayer etc.). Well that's MY opinion. But what is YOUR opinion? Do you think 343i will listen to the Sangheili voice? Or do you think they will ignore our beggings and bury our voice with a filthy rock? Just to warn any 343 employee that might be reading this post: Please, we are begging you to bring back playable Elites in Halo 4, and you may lose a LOT of support from Sangheili fans!

Elites revolutionized Halo Multiplayer. Taking them out of Multiplayer made the Halo Community bored, since MOST of them actually liked playing as Sangheili
-
Why don't we have playable Sangheili, then, "Frank"?
-
Unfortunately my friend got Halo 4 earlier and I asked him if we could play as Sangheili in any gamemodes... he told me "no"... But maybe in future updates?...

I think playing as a Mgalekgolo and Jiralhanae would be completely unfair in terms of gameplay since both are the strongest ones in the Halo Universe, and Grunts are the weakest and slowest ones, making the gameplay unfair for those who play as them. Jackals have these Shields that deflect bullets, which would be harder to kill them with regular weapons. Drones fly, so that already makes sense why they are unplayable. And finally, San'Shyuum appears to be as slow as Unggoy and as weak as Unggoy too, so that already makes sense why they probably won't be playable as. Even if they would make everything look like the same, such as speed and power, Mgalekgolo are not able to pick weapons up and have shield-like arms and Jackals aren't able to pick two handed weapons (if they are bearing shields). The hitboxes would be VERY different, since their heights vary alot and Covenant Forces don't have shields like spartans, only Elites do. That's why Elites were (and I hope still will be) playable, because of their hitboxes being the most similar to Spartans', they have almost the same health and height and their speed aren't so different, they can use ANY weapon (Human, Covenant and Promethean). Well, just saying... Or writing.

Elites in Halo 4 Customs and Forge?
Dosa 'Togulee replied to Orra 'Sar Ephaloree's topic in Forge Discussion
Well, as being a Sangheili fan since Halo 2, I read many articles with the same question: WILL WE BE ABLE TO PLAY AS ELITES IN HALO 4? But one day, a reply to a post caught my atention. It said that elites WILL be playable in Custom Games an Forge, and Elite Ops would probably be in the game. I really don't know if he/she was saying the truth, but I am CERTAIN that we WILL be able to play as Floods in a new gametype that would be replacing the good old Infection gametype. Even though the possibility of playing as Flood will NOT replace the feeling of playing as Elites, but the idea is quite nice. Since the contract did not say that we shouldn't play as FLOOD in multiplayer, I think that 343i had a nice idea to replace a simple Slayer variant with it. But this is another thing to think about. What if Elites were put in CG? And if it was similar to Halo: Reach? 343i would have problems in making a Flood-Elite skin AND player model... And I think Microsoft killed Elites of Matchmaking in Halo 4.... And do you remember when we asked Frank if we were going to fight against the Flood in Campaign? He said "You won't be fighting the Flood in the CAMPAIGN". And look what we got. Fresh new gametype with FLOOD If 343i said that Elites won't be playable in MATCHMAKING, they are probably secretly adding the Sangheilli in CG and Forge, but maybe not in all gametypes. I think that Frank is tricky, and we gotta pay attention to what he says because he might be giving us a clue about what will be and at the same time what will not be in H4!! I know this topic is OLD, but I couldn't resist leaving my sincere opinion to you. All we can do is wait until H4 comes out, which will not take so long (21 days, 10 minutes)...
