lol i will pay money for a visible skill level. hmmmmm not a bad idea

the more i think of it the invisible ranks are not that bad i guess, i did like the bragging rights tho :/ i think it helped alot of the worse players get alot better because they wanted to be like the higher level people ya know? i was the first 50 pretty much where i lived at the time and everybody knew i was the only 50 in H3 at my school when the game came out sooooo long ago. i had tons and tons of people trying to get to be like me, trying to get that 50. these people would just come talk to me in and outside the game to trying to get better trying to figure out what it took to be a 50. i myself just me influenced about 500 people in my high schoool to play halo 3 and try to be a 50 a general. it really motivates people alot more then what alot of us think. i know for sure that taking that visible lvl 50 out will take a very important part out of halo and a even more important part out of the people playing the game as well.

how could they do that to us?????????

i wish they would freaking tell us if we get a visible number rank already!!!!!!!!!!

i have not truly seen this skill based 50 yet so i cant be to sure on that.

its just the truth for alot of us we miss it

almost every person i know who plays halo, only played just to get a 50. or at-least tried too. say there is a room full of people i know say about 50 and 42 of them only played halo just because of the ranking system that shows skill somewhat and is a challenge with your friend who can get to 50 first. now take that skill based system and just add progressive system . now all of my 42 friends stopped playing halo just because there is no want or anything to play. now a cut off of 42 people just quit playing halo because of true skill ranking system wasn't added. its just to much of a loss for them not too add. i guess what im trying to say is , to most people the true skill the LVL 50 is the fun of halo.

what if they made it to were you have to get to SR 50 before you get a number rank? like that would stop like a ton of boosting and people selling accounts because it would take forever just to get to a real number rank. people wouldn't invest that much time halo to sale a lvl 50 account just to pick up 35$. plus this would make all the casual gamer happy because they would get the top with the symbol rank hero and then they could go to a ranked number matching thing that only SR heroes can go in??? IDK maybe??

When is life ever fair Have you ever been scared to lose your rank in halo? knowing you cant win one more game and you will lose that 49 you worked so hard to get? then you start the match youre about to lose the game and a snipe spawns you pick it up and no scoop two lvl 50's for the win. That feeling that moment is what skill based ranks are all about.
