I dont think we are playing the same game, the AR is useless unless your up close. Even then good foot work and clean shots with the DMR will beat an AR.

Agree if your not using a DMR you are going to fail every time. The DMR is almost a sniper now, I cant think of one map that you cant just sit back and own people all the way across the map with a DMR. They need to decrease the effective distance or maybe increase recoil. Long, med, short the DMR will own every last single time.

To me it feels like they took all of the skill out of Halo. The point system is beyond stupid wining or losing a match should be based only off total kills vs deaths.

Have you honestly played the game? The DMR will own any weapon in the game. Its pretty much a sniper now. About the final stage I guess you can call it unexpected with a total and complete lack of any final battle

To me the first stage felt like Bungie created it, as it played well great sound, great battle.....but after that I have no idea what happened it just fell apart after that point. Graphics didnt match sound track...id step in the water and the audio would not sync up. Short levels, weak AI, nothing memorable in the whole game except for the final stage but not for any good reasons. That was beyond lame all the platforms were exactly the same....run here, push that.....run to another platform activate.....repeat again and again then the biggest let down of all.

You loved the final stage? Maps what maps? The ones they do have are beyond unbalanced. You dont need anything special look at the Pitt that map was perfect it was balanced and offered everything, sniper, rockets, sword, shotty. There is a reason the game is being torn apart online, its because it was a giant fail by 343

Bottom line numbers speak the truth....H3 had 1 million online players H4 cant even muster 1/3 of those numbers

Halo 4 has failed completely look around the internet the game is being destroyed on every last single gaming forum. I have never seen a game that sold this many copies become so hated in such a short amount of time. The biggest problem I have is the second disc im betting all the maps are on there but you need to buy a code/pass to access them. Im tired of paying $60 for a game then another $40 for DLC. After seeing the maps they have now I wont be getting any more....RIP Halo

Just because people are playing online doesnt mean they like the game im playing as well even though I dont like the game because for the money I wasted im going to try and get something out of it. 300K online players is nothing compare that to H3 when it was released enough said!

I have stated in several threads why H4 was a total fail....but what I dont get is they did a great job with the remake of CE. The first stage of H4 was great MC was back in action weapons sounded great, well played out battles....BUT....I dont know what happened as the game quickly went down hill fast. It felt like someone else worked on the first stage then the rest was just rushed out the door. Why would Microsoft allow an ending like that total lack of any battle what so ever just cut scene after cut scene? I highly doubt 343 will make H5 because after this release not too many people will be fooled once again

The music in H3 and CE flowed perfectly with the game I loved hearing it as it really added to the overall experience now I turn the volume down.

Why AR is only good for up close and takes little skill, Id love to see a sniper shotty game type though

Come on seriously you were forced to run from one platform to another which were are exactly the same fight the same people over and over again only to reach your most powerful foe you have ever faced and took him down with ease using a ********* well you know I dont want to spoil it for anyone. Worst part it was almost all cut scenes.

Come on now honestly you liked the VERY VERY short campaign and the final stage with run here run there then a total lack of final battle?

I have discussed several major flaws with the game but all the threads are now locked so I wont go into the list of reasons the game fails. Instead I will discuss something that everyone can agree upon the length of campaign and the final stage. 343 took over an icon in the gaming industry, Halo CE set the bar and laid the ground for all the games you play today it literally changed gaming forever. Halo is the flagship game of Xbox its followers are in the millions. Now they take over and they understand all of this so why on Earth would 343 create a final stage which was nothing more than run here activate....repeat....repeat...repeat....then to top it all off the so called final battle? Why would Microsoft even allow that type of ending that was lacking any and all creativity or any degree of effort?

Most of the locked threads were not aimless rants by any means I posted several paragraphs discussing H4 in detail only to have the thread locked. By locking threads it will only add to peoples anger at H4 and 343 because they are not allowed to discuss the game unless they only have positive remarks......this is a very shameful thing to do......if the game is not what people claim then there should be countless responses stating so. This however is not the case, all across every last gaming forum members are expressing their outrage at H4.

No its a common problem you must download them again, my forest armor disappeared for me as well. Also your loadouts might reset mine have at least 5 times now. It seems to only happen when I play pro then move to another game type

Microsoft cant stand to see anyone else make money

The distance just isnt enough for me yes it will get you away from a bullet but so will good foot work. You can really tell who the long time gamers are in H4. It seems most players are new and just stand there and zoom in they are lucky to get a single shot on me as I strafe back and forth...but the movements in H4 feel clumsy to me for some reason.

As long as the post are valid complaints which point out examples while complying with forum rules there should be no problem. Now i do agree the post that just state "H4 sucks" but give no reasons are useless and need to go. Id honestly like to hear from those who think this is a great game. What specific aspects of the game make it great?
