Doc, that sounds cool and can be used for something that players wouldn't have to worry about, but there is no way to have automatically claimed/protected plots on our first world unless I make the entire world a plot world, and then I have to do a bunch of other stuff for it to be stable. Don't worry, we will enforce the rules with iron fists, but fairly. 50/50.

Well we need two plugins and maybe another one: Multiverse, Multiverse Portals, and that other one. Multiverse will allow us to have a creative world and people can buy a 'plot' to build in there.

We just have to finish the spawn and then you can Survive and Thrive! We will return the server to Mobs existing and the difficulty will be normal.

Kel walked through the ship. He had been in his room for about 5 days. It wasn't like Kel to hide, being the Arbiter and all. Still, his initiative was acceptable: Kel was designing a new tool that would attach to the engines of the Eagle's Talon. This augmentation would allow the ship to go thousands of miles faster and be a lot stronger, thanks to the use of liquid nitrogen, which he 'borrowed' from a cook. Hopefully the Administrative Officers would use this get better things done, and quicker. Now to attach it. The Arbiter was carrying the attachment to the engine room, and he was inconspicuous because he had shrunk the device to the size of an encyclopedia. When approached by a tech team, they asked him what was going on. "Hey, you. Elite! Why are you going to the engine room? It is restricted to the Administrative Officers and the Engineers." said Doctor Hamband, eying what Kel was carrying. "I have special orders from FLEETCOM to go to the engine room and add something, now get out of my way." the Arbiter kept going. A minor inconvenience, as soon the engine room would be locked down for the engineers to work. Finally coming inside, he saw that it was empty. Kel pulled out the device and stuck it on the main engines. He coded the device to activate in 5 seconds, with the access number 50246734. The device took into effect, and suddenly the ride felt smoother, and more refreshing. ----------- On Kel's way back, he spotted a local holographic news board. WELCOME OUR NEWEST CREW MEMBERS: Lightning Squad! Geo is the tall and brave spartan II, who leads the team! The board went on to explain the rest of Lightning Squad. Kel was most definitely taller than Geo, at 8 feet tall, Kel was taller than anybody, and it would stay that way, unless there were some augments. Geo actually interested Kel, so he wanted to have a talk with the Spartan.

This will be an interesting Roleplay. Watch the video to get a good idea of what it will be about. Yes... it's anime but it is funny and brings a good story. In everyday life, you have normal people who do things. But in the world of Hetalia, every individual country is represented by a single person. Now, if there aren't enough countries to go with every person, it goes down to territories and states, then finally cities. Think of Italy, there is Romano, and and then Italy. Many of them have diverse personalities and stereotypes which basically keeps it going. And that's where you come in. I hope to make this a big Roleplay because of how many people there are. Alright, I have an idea for a plugin: PermissionsEx! It allows for different member groups to be made and they can do different stuff! I am an absolute EXPERT at permissions. Just tell me the plugins, what you want the member-groups to be, and what you want them to do, just ask me! That is, if you let me be the permissions manager. Great idea with this!

Kel saw the three other squad members crowded around a game screen. He didn't know who, but Kel heard one of the squad members yell, "Haha! Beat your *** again Ty." The Arbiter looked at Mathison. Just keep Tyler in check, because if he gets on my bad side, he will have a cracked skull, broken rib-cage, crushed cervical, fractured feet, and shattered collar bones." Kel looked away. "So how did Tyler end up in 'Razgriz' squad?"

The hologram disappeared. Kel wondered what was going on and left for the rec room only to find that ODST ((Marine??)) and his squad there. The Arbiter walked passed them and sat on the couch. "How is your day. And how is... Tyler doing...?" Kel stared at Mathison.

Which in that order, were numbers 48 and 49. He looked at the last one: SPARTAN John-117. Maybe Kel could beat him. He did meat the Master Chief and they trained, each battle leading to a stand off because they simply wouldn't give up or stop fighting or get injured. Kel activated the simulation and Master Chief's hologram, who was already in a fighting stance, appeared. The Arbiter got in one as well, ready to fight.
