There are a few points I want to pick out here. I am curios to why you mentioned Black Ops 2 as a game reference in this topic. Is it because you think it resembles it? (Please say no) or just because it is the next leading competitor? Next, it seems very odd that your connection problems contradict others issues with this game in the very beginning. The first week of Halo 4 was wretched, Laggy, glitched out and unstable. Now, the game has fixed quite a few things and is really on the right track in my belief. Lag is going to exist no matter what you play. It is just a matter of when and how bad. Hip Firing, this is a COD term that has never been put to use in the Halo world. Hip firing is virtually nonexistent, but I do know what you are actually talking about and I do agree the DMR is very powerful in short and long range..The deal here is you need to take advantage of these weapons and use them yourself. If you get killed by a DMR from a far range while you are sniping at the opponent who is shooting you then that is your own fault. Especially now that you don't lose your zoom when you are shot. Another point I would like to mention for the millionth time is that the kill cam will NOT show exactly what happened when they killed you. The kill cam is based on the opponents connection who kill you and it will only look correct on their screen. Unless the two players are connected on the same internet or LAN then you will not see what you should be seeing. Summary, it is not accurate. Lag Switching is a newer term so I am not sure how reliable your statements are, but the older Halo players would refer to this as Stand By. This is nonexistent as well in Halo 4 as you will lag out if your latency reaches too high for the game to work with.

I would urge you to learn proper grammar so you can be more easily understood and kind of lay off the cursing because it makes it hard and almost unbearable to read. Now, as far as what I can understand, the only thing I can really say to you is learn to adapt or learn another game. I would LIKE to put out there that of all the generations of gamers I am in the one which SHOULD be most pissed about this game, being that I have played competitively since Halo: CE/ But, the thing is that my love for this game and playing with my friends, communicating through team work and objectives and just the intense close matches makes it so that I can not hate the way it turned out. I love this game. The multi-player is fine the way it is, they need to hurry with the maps but in 12 days they will be here. Halo is fine, and is not to be compared to Call of Duty. For a game I love to much to be compared to a game I nearly can't stand to even watch is kind of strange. You would think if they really were so much alike that ALL of us would see the resemblance...

I am very interested and really wanting to know if anyone has heard of any cool Halo 4 songs/remixes or any pretty cool game remixes. The best in my opinion are the electro/dubstep remixes, they are TOO sick! Here is a video for you all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYG99kMaVo4

Stick to customs, man. Matchmaking will not feel competitive until the release of visible ranks. That is all.

First of all, in your replay I have no idea why you would want to see the kill cam; Because you can just switch to the player who is shooting you and that is exactly what the kill cam would show. Secondly, the kill cam will not show you an accurate play of what happened when you died. The kill cam is based off of the opponents connection, 99.99% of the time, your connection and his will NOT be the exact same speed which is why when you see the kill cam it LOOKS as if he is shooting you in the chest of maybe even missing you all together but in REALITY he is hitting you directly in the head. Lastly, The guy who earned the tripple kill...Let me being by saying that SWAT is where all my friends go to earn their multi-kill medals for the commendation. SWAT is a 1 shot kill in the head. It is not hard to get a tripple kill in SWAT and it is certainly not uncommon for people to change their sensitivity to a high setting or even their controller settings to bumper jumper. It's called adaptation.

SIMPLE SOLUTION: If the bolt shot is overpowered...USE IT!! If I didn't like my secondary assault rifle so much then I sure would. People who complain about weapons being too OP are literally whining to thin air. The weapon is accessable to ANY PERSON therefore it is fair. Let me take you all back to the Halo 2 days. Everyone though super jumping was illegal/cheating/bug abuse, but when Bungie adressed it they specifically said that no person would be legitimately banned for super jumping because it is accessable for all players therefore eliminating the unfair advantage. Same aspect, You can use the weapon so DO IT.

This has been around since the Halo 2 days. I do not think it will make an average player better by any means. If anything, this is only good as a warm up for strafing. Halo isn't about who can out BR/DMR the other person; If you play MM frequently, you will know what I mean when I say out smarting your opponent will win the battle 9 times out of 10. Make them miss, use grenades, strafe and jump, duck down, use walls to your advantage and time their shots making them hit the wall 1 time (putting you up a shot on your opponent.) Although this would seem like it could work superficially, I do not agree it will make anyone better in all honesty. Props on the video though, I like the fact you are trying to help the community.

You have to work smarter, not harder. Let the players Weaken and Kill amongst eachother and you run out and steal the easy kill, rack up a few points in the Hill or with the Ball, then when enemies are coming towards you just get out of the way and repeat the process. FFA Throwback is the easiest game type I have ever played. You are right; This is Halo 4 I don't know about you, but I didn't buy Halo 4 to re-play Halo 3.
-
That figure (50%) is very inacurate. I have never came close to running out of ammo in BTB. Their are too many weapons in a BTB to even think of running out; If you do run out of ammo, get in a vehicle?....

Spawn Killing is almost unrealistic in Halo 4. The spawning system is much better than before, you will respawn mostly in a safe location. 343 Has also taken the sniping situation and made it a little harder for people to just grab a sniper and start sniping away. They have tried to make it so the sniper will have to strategically re-position himself before raining bullets .
-
I hope you typed this backwards, 16 head shots is about my average per game. Head shots are VERY common and is a very easy Daily Challenge. The Sprees in a single game is quite east as well. The only problems I see are with the Regicide Challenges they think are so easily do-able.
-
They did increase the time, but they also increased the amount of multi-kill medals. I am fine with it, it gives you a feeling of satisfaction and is fair to the general population. Good to me.
-
I do not have a set sniper style. I am not the person who grabs the snipers and thinks they HAVE to use it right away and setup on a map or use it as a primary weapon right away. I pick it up, survey the map. If I see no one, I simply pull out my DMR/BR and carry on. I will post up if I have to, an example of when I would post up is in King of the Hill. The hill is in a momentary stationary spot for a KNOWN amount of time. I know where people will be, therefore it is deemed useless to travel and snipe unless you have been compromised. Unless you have a good team, then even becoming compromised will not necessarily yield a movement. Now, if it is slayer I will do as I mentioned first. Oddball would be a sort of hybrid position for me. I would want to post up high to kill off enemies before they have the chance to get close, but we also must be on the move. If you have played Halo long enough you would know that the spawns are not perfect and you must move toward your spawning team mates.
-
They have a "Perk" for that, which is the one I use as well..Think Smart.
-
I would have to say that out of ever 10 games I play, I average 1.5/10 games with lag. In other words 85% of the time I can play without lag at all. Many times the lag is server based; You can tell, because there isn't just one guy running around lag free killing everyone else.

I love Halo <3. But, only my old school players will understand the battles of the ranks back in the Halo 2 days. Now, I know a lot of you played Halo 2 and I realize there were a LOT of updates but the ranks I am speaking about came looonnngg before all of the matchmaking updates. Back in the day when getting the "horns" (level 16) was a big deal. Halo 3 was OK. I honest to god quit because the ranks were a joke. I went from 1-50 in a non-stop gaming session in team doubles. Halo: Reach..honestly say I have never touched this game. Halo 4: Once Halo 4 was announced, I was ecstatic that 343i took over for Bungie. Bungie era is over for Halo. I started looking for my old team mates from the Halo 2 days and reconnected with them; That is why I am here today playing. So far only a few things in Halo 4 need work.. GJ 343!

They are adding team doubles, Mrs. Shea has already mentioned it. As to when, "In the weeks to come." and that was almost a week ago.

1. Promethian Vision...no others

A true competitor will overcome any obstacle that may lye in his path. You can either play the game and TRY to win, or get pissed and quit. Which one sounds more productive to you all?
-
It is called "True Skill" and I have joined plenty of games that have already started and we ended up winning. We have yet to understand the guidelines 343i has set up for the joining/leaving process. Maybe they have taken these factors into account and adjusted for this type or game play. A few suggestions: Give bonus exp to players who were joined in late or Give the players an option in "searching for Games" to Join or or Veto the option.

Then you are better off going to THEIR sources (reputable one's) and listing the actual sources on here. Wiki is never a good site for information.
