I remember the first time ever playing Halo, I literally rented it from a MOVIE GALLERY (notice movie rental stores are almost extinct). I rented it only because my friend said he wanted it and I wanted to try it out. Needless to say it never got returned haha. I would wake up, buy a 12 pack of soda pop, grab some chips and never leave my seat until I was so tired that I lost when I knew I shouldn't have. Ranks back in the beginning of Halo were VERY hard to achieve! Took me 10 games of winning to rank from 16-17! Be proud boys and girls. We ARE the ancestors to the new kids introduced to Halo today!

This sounds exactly like lag. The killcam will always be a little bit off because your connection is not synched to the same speed as the opponents 9 times out of 10. Therefore when you see his kill cam It will look wacky to you, but looks normal to him.

I have noticed the ability to shoot grenades out of the air has increased since Halo 3. I never played Reach so I have no idea if this was the same or whatever. But, I have literally caused a person to commit suicide by shooting his own grenade right in front of his face. +1 FTW! =D

What kind of training do you need? Strategy, Vantage points, how to play a certain objective better? As far as steadying an aim that is all up to you. But, if you would like I could teach you nice set-ups sometime.

I was playing with my good friend online in a competetive match a few days back, and it was so funny because we crack jokes back and fourth about whatever we can just to make fun of one another. We like to think of it as a tough love between two long time friends. Anyways, he was talking trash about all the kills he was finishing for me as I just sat their and racked up the assists, until nearing the end of the game when he was just beginning the assassination animation I popped up and killed the guy he was assassinating with my Assault Rifle. IT WAS HILARIOUS! haha. And for the record, I may have come off like I am one of those guys who "Yoinks" kills but I assure you I do not ever do this unless it is intended for a funny purpose.

You were AFK in a game, not playing, which is boosting no matter how you see it. 343i has an automatic ban hammer system set up, like you read if you actually read through the whole article. The ban bot can not distinguish between a person really AFK and boosting and a person who is just not playing, therefore to weed out any argument they say to just play the game if you are in a game and if you plan on not playing then stay out of matchmaking all together. I can't say I feel for you here, man. It is just something you will have to accept and wait for to be lifted.

I am almost certain that parties ARE matched up against other parties of the same size. Party of 3 is matched with at least a party of 3 and so on. But, randoms can be added into the mix. This is just knowledge I have pulled from previous games and as well as playing online Halo 4 Matchmaking.

Clan matches back in Halo 2 were absolutely amazing. I was so sad when they took them out of Halo 2. I have heard rumors of 343i bringing back the clan scene due to clans being in high demand. I would love to see this and play in this team match making playlist. I would have to say of ANY playlist I have ever played, Clan Matches were my favority. "Minor Clan Battles" to be exact.

The BR is the weakest it has EVER been. Every other Halo multiplayer the Battle Rifle has been a 4 head shot kill. Now it is 5. The BR is no match for any person skilled enough to hit head shots everytime with a DMR. The DMR and BR both take 5 shots, DMR has less recoil and can shoot across the map with pin point precision. The BR is no match for a shotgun close range and is also DEFINITELY no match for a Sniper at long range. ESPECIALLY since the weapons don't auto zoom-out when being fired upon.

I Found out a little trick I hadn't known about, I guess I have been holding the bumper rather than tapping it. So now it is not a problem! =D

Justin, You would give a player bad reviews over a few forums posts. Not only are they just forum post, but they are in response to a topic that was posted on a PUBLIC domain. Forums are sort of like Facebook, if you post something opinionated and arguable then you will most likely get a reply that you could either agree with or disagree with. I posted an opinionated statement that you carried out of hand. Who cares if someone stole your kill, you reporting the gamer for it will do nothing except get you banned for false reporting. This topic got a little TOO heated, I will admit I posted some useless and un-needed posts on here. But, I will agree we ALL dropped to that level. Immature, I know. So I am KINDLY asking for all of us to move on with this and forget about it. Sound good? In all reality it is all in the perspective of any given gamer to voice their opinion on different matters. Yes Inflated by getting MASSIVE amount of kills with the Oddball and the Flag in my hand, or maybe kills holding down the hill!!! That is a good way to just get such great kills!! Kills in an objective game mean NOTHING. Look at my game history, ODD BALL, CTF, KOTH are all my main games. Those are Objective game types meaning killing is NOT the main focus point of the game. Scoring is, Slayer is not even fun. So before you put my K/D on blast why don't you do some digging first? Last time I checked K/D was in no way a stat to look at in Objective game types. It is an assassination if you hit the player in the back....simple as that. There is an option to do an animation by holding the bumper. And I am happy for you, such a loyal fan since reach! I have been playing halo online since Halo Combat Evolved. And before you say anything about CE not being online compatible let me just tell you now that it IS and it is called XBC. Just in case you were wondering. Lol. Anyone who is half way decent would know better than to focus on a player being assassinated if other enemies were around. But, I really honestly don't care. If other enemies were around then why in the hell would my team mate be doing the animation in the first place. Yeah, I would steal a kill no matter who's kills it was. Your name is not written on the kill cam until YOU put the final bullet/beat down/ grenade into the opponents body. You are trolling now..Just quit while you are ahead.

K/D means nothing, I know many people with K/D of 4 with 5K+ kills from boosting, I know people who camp BTB and farm kills, etc. It all comes down to wins/losses. I destroy people with high K/D daily. Here is what I don't get. You are telling me that in no way shape or form does an Assist result in a kill for another team player? I do believe in order for an assist to occur, another team mate has to make a kill...Therefor assist=Kill. IT IS SIMPLE.

That actually would still be an assassination, just so you are properly informed. And finally let me settle this dispute. Maybe if you would just TAP the bumper and save yourself the ranting about others taking your kill. If you do the animation then you deserve your kill to be stolen. I would honestly laugh if I had the chance to take your kill. Do not present an opportunity if you do not wish another to capitalize on it.

1st, 14th, 11th, 8th, 2nd, 6th, 3rd, 7th, 7th, 2nd these are the places you took in your last 10 games. Averaging a placement of 6th overall. You are going to backpack who? A KILL IS A KILL, get over yourself. If I steal your assassination and you get so pissed as to betray me then so be it, I will boot you and go on to win the game.

Thank you, finally someone who can see the point I have been trying to make. Zedzish, from other posts you have made you claim Halo 4 is the worst Halo ever released. But yet you sit here criticizing me about how I get my kills. I can see COD being more your game type. 1-3 shot kills, faster paced, no strategy. Kills are Kills, simple as that. If you get mad over stolen kills then maybe Halo isn't for you. Join GameBattles and try out 1v1 or something. Making your first post on a forum board about Stolen Assassination kills ******** you off IN LIFE is not a good start.

You say people hate this game, but yet it broke almost every single record ever set by any Halo game released. People praise this game for being one of the best ever next to Halo 2. The Campaign is insanely good. IGN gave it a 9.8 and other gamer magazines rated it a 9.2. Where are your sources? A forum with maybe 100 people ranting about this game? Geeze, if you are so fed up with this game then quit, please.

Now, back to the real reason we are here. I would much rather have the guy with assists over the guy who went +4. Team work > Anything. This is Halo 4 so the assists are much different. Do I consider a man dead because another person is in the process of assassinating the opponent? NO...why? Because I have killed many opponent mid-assassination on my own team mate therefore saving my team mate and ruining their kill. You are mistaking my posts for a person who will sit their and shoot a man over and over JUST to get a kill. In all honesty though, If I am not with MY team and I am with a bunch of randoms then hell yeah I will steal the assassination. My Kills > Your kills any day. MY MAIN reason for posting here is to point out that a person is more worried about his kills then his team winning.
