    As we all know the people from IGN, Machinima, Rooster Teeth, and more already have Halo 4. But when it gets released to the public would they have to restart on there spartan ranks, because it would be unfair to the rest of us. So would it be like the Halo: Reach beta when the game launched everyone was at the same rank.
