You're completely wrong. In Halo 3, 3 shots took down the shields, with the 4th shot being the headshot. Please don't come onto forums crying with your absolute garbage arguments.

No idea why it's not in the game to begin with. For Australians like myself, the good connection option is crucial for having an enjoyable online experience. Please add the feature to the game asap.
