Why doesnt the Halo 4 terminals code work at all? or better yet why doesnt it unlock any data?

Hey guys, I've been going through the campaign to get the terminals, I've managed to find them all, got the achievement, and then proceeded to view them. I noticed that the last one has a code similar to the ones from combat anniversary, so I wrote the code down, and went to enter it into the waypoint terminal thing. However it comes up saying that no data was unlocked. I've been through the terminal video a few times to check if i got the code right. Which i did, and it still says no data unlocked. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if I'm missing something I dont know about yet. Please let me know.

Hey guys, Not sure if this has been talked about yet, but me and one of my mates went through chapter one of spartan ops on legendary, yet we didnt get the challenge for completing all missions, we got 'the core' challenge. but not the one for beating all missions. Anyone know why??
