Custom controller layout scheme please! Or halo 3 recon controls reinstated.

Hi, congratulations on a fine game, but one thing seriously ruins the gameplay for me. I'm used to the halo 3 recon control scheme, and for halo 4 this has been changed? Why? I can't find the control scheme I'm used to anymore so playing halo 4 becomes an excerise in frustration. Please please please reinstate the halo 3 recon control scheme, or at least give us the option to create our own!
