I have been playing this game a lot and not once have I seen the maps Erosion, Impact or Ravine pop up for selection. And where the F is BTB objectives aka 1 Flag and Assault?

how did you even get a CTF match going on that map? i cant find it anywhere, nor do i see the option for BTB CTF

How do you play CTF on the large maps with vehicles? I haven't seen that yet, as the only option has been 5v5. I hope I a missing something.
