How do I change it so I can be joinable by my friends?

Ive been using a 360 elite for awhile and for the past year or so the disc drive does this thing where the first few tries it doesnt read the disc. I open and close it a few times and shut the system off a few times and then it works just fine. Same routine every single time, doesnt get worse or better. Anybody have any advice on fixing it or a similar experience?

I feel like this game is weeding out the players that dont like to play strategically. I've had no issues with DMRs being unfair, overpowered, etc. Learn how to use it and learn how to stay alive. This game is much more dynamic in the sense that people can play how they want but also have to adapt to the fact that theres ALOT more weapons out there now. Get better. Simple.

Turn off your console for 1 hour. Turn it back on. Play.

Why is everyone so obsessed with Haven and Ragnarok?? I've been playing since Launch and on Big team infinity slayer everyone votes Ragnarok. I was sick of that map in Halo 3 and now its all anyone wants to play in 4.

Its been a day man give it time. I personally think this game is phenomenal multiplayer wise. Surpasses Reach completely, give it time, stick with it and I'm sure you'll be glad you did.
