Trading with a friend: I give him Battlefield 4 for Xbox one, and he gives me Black ops 2 with all the map packs forever and Assassin's Creed 4 for xbox one for a month. Good trade?

I have looked at the amount of money Our games have costed. BF4 was $60 when I received it. Black ops 2 was $60 when he got it, but add that total with 4 map packs and you get $120 or $110 if he got the season pass. If I get AC4 with this for one month I can decide If I would like to purchase it at a later date. I give up a $60 game I don't want for a game that is $110 plus, and a chance to play a game I may or may not want in the future...

To me this is a good trade if you play and beat ACIV and make good use of the multiplayer during the month you have it.
