So my house toilet decided to leak, and it set off the fire alarms. When I woke up the house is flooding with about a foot of water on the kitchen floor. 3 hours later the carpets are soaked, one floors dried, and I'm very very tired. Rough afternoon.

tu bad you will know. The water leaked thorugh the AC vents an went through the walls into the alarm.

Sounds like what happened at my house about a month ago... We just got the walls put back up...
