If at all possible, the addition of precision editing to forge, like in Reach, would be extremely helpful. I know they added the magnets to make this not as necessary. However, the magnets are not always helpful and the "edit coordinates" do not always work well with the map. Sometimes you just need to slightly bump an object so it lines up better or looks neater. I noticed a few of the buttons are not used in forge mode, but I am not sure if this is something that can be patched into the game.
