  1. Make sure you are checking the right email. Go to your account information and then go to billing information, enter your password, and that should be the correct email. If it has not sent to that account, I don't know what to tell you.
  2. The problem with the light rifle is it shoots a streak to get there. Almost seems like you have to lead people to hit them with it
  3. If you guys think the AR is so good, go ahead and strictly use it and then get back to me. Have fun trying to kill someone only to have your kill either stolen, get 5-shotted before the AR can kill them, or have the guy hit you with the smallest bit of a grenade possible and then 1 shot you. If anything, I'd say make the AR 10% more damaging so that everyone in the freaking game doesn't have a DMR/BR at all times.
  4. Railgun is my favorite ordinance weapon. I consider it a mini-laser, except it has shorter charge time. I like to use PV and dexterity with it and every shot is an automatic kill. I love it
  5. I don't know what you guys are talking about with it not being OP. The Boltshot beats the hammer, sword, scattershot, and ties the shotgun. I'd call that overpowered considering the fact that you can spawn with it. The melee is a lost art because of this gun.
  6. The Carbine is severely underpowered. I was at about a 3.5:1 KTD when I used the DMR. Ever since, I have been strictly using the carbine and have seen my KTD plummet. It's not even fair. I get first shots on DMR users and they can just spam 5 shots anywhere near me and get the kill. The carbine seems like it doesn't hit long range like the DMR either...and it takes way too long to kill someone (probably why I get so many assists). It may take 2 body shots to kill with the DMR but the Carbine is at least 4. Getting a double kill with 1 clip is also nearly impossible. Once I get the Carbine Master commendation, I will never use this gun again. You will not win a shootout against a good kid with a DMR/BR and you are worthless long range. And for those saying you need a fast trigger finger, there is a limit to how fast you can shoot the carbine. It's not as fast as you think.
  7. ^^ I screamed impossible nearly 50 times trying to beat that part. The best part about it was that after 50 minutes of trying to beat it, I finally beat it, but then I died and it never game me a checkpoint. And THEN, I beat it again in another 30 minutes, but I have no patience and after I die, I press start and Revert immediately, but I accidentally RESTARTED the level. It was the most pissed I've ever been playing Halo. I learned the key though, is to get on the turret furthest from the door. I was originally just trying to outshoot them by myself. I started getting on the turret and beat it pretty quickly then. And yeah, you definitely want to take out the Watchers, the flying things first. I think they revive knights?
  8. my best advice is to spam pulse grenades at the knights...and don't be afraid to use the plasma pistol like me. I always like to keep 2 precision weapons but it makes it so much easier to just EMP blast knights and elites. And have fun with the door on Infinity
  9. Besides ordinance mastery unlocking stances, does maxing out any of the weapons unlock anything?
  10. Some of my gripes about team snipers 1. No Beam Rife - if people are going to claim it's op, make it a secondary without infinite ammo, even though that's probably not possible 2. RADAR - maybe it's just me, but I feel like having radar in snipers is stupid. Can't sneak up on people. 3. Mostly BTB maps - every map should be far game except Adrift. 4. Lag - I've played probably 6 games of snipers today and 3 of them were in red bar the whole game.
  11. Team Snipers and Multi-team are a necessity. I don't like the idea of 2v2 multi-team. 2 players is hardly a team. The Reach multi-team was perfect. Teams of 3 and a healthy mix of slayer and objective based games with the occassional hog race.
  12. 1. Is it too much to ask for to be able to customize your controller settings? How hard can it be to choose an action and then choose the button you want to perform the action? Even without a customizable setting, all I want to do is to get the sprint button to right bumper, switch melee to B, and put left click back to crouch again. The lack of plausible options for sprint/melee/crouch from our accustomed Halo controls is a huge fault. 2. This leads me to my next question - is crouch supposed to play lesser of a role? Can't tell you how frustrated I am trying to make Vince Carter-like athletic maneuvers only to be hindered by having to reach over and toggle crouch for a split second. 3. What settings do you guys find best? Did people actually use Southpaw, Green Thumb, Bumper jumper in the other Halos? I guess 'm going to have to experiment with Bumper Jumper since that is sadly my best option if I want to be able to crouch while jumping.
