I have had the same problem, just finished the 6th campaign mission on legendary after 1-2 hours of gameplay, and after reaching the end i noticed the commendation didnt pop up. I checked and i havent received it. This is extremely frustrating as i reallly do not want to play through it again but i REALLY want the armour, please fix it 343
