my game says all the servers are down, and my game is switching to default servers. Its really ******** me off because my brother is playing in the room next to me on the same network and his is fine. please help

Halo 4 not working

i think This happened to me too, when i try to go into war games it says the Halo 4 servers are down and its switching to default servers. And the default servers only have about 1000 people altogether in them. I know its not my game or connection because my brother is playing it right now in the room next to me. Did you fix the problem yet, if so please post how to do it.
