I don't need a game company telling me "You've sat down for too long, get up and walk around", that's my decision to make. Besides, it only takes about 2 hours to hit the cap with double XP, which is nothing. If you play the campaign while capped, you miss out on XP from challenges and commendations, and the campaign doesn't take very long to beat either. The cap is absolutely pointless. They offer things like "If you play 140 hours of MP" you get 600 Microsoft Points, and if you buy Mountain Dew you get double XP but at the same time they have the limit set way too low. It's a slap in the face, it's like they don't want to give out any Microsoft points.

This is extremely frustrating. I made an account on here just to post about this. First of all the whole Doritos/Mountain Dew promotion is stupid, I went out of my way to buy 6 cases of Mountain Dew and like 10 bags of Doritos when I don't even eat/drink that crap. I try to remain on a healthy diet and rewarding your fan base for clogging their arteries is pretty lame. Now I find out I can't even make use of the double XP because of the cap. This is the dumbest idea ever, you should be rewarded for how much time you put into the game, if some people hit SR-50 before others, who cares, they deserve it because they spent the time to get it. It's not even that big of an unfair advantage because of the matching system, don't match SR-50 players with low rank people, it's as simple as that. How it works in most games and life is you get what you put in. Some people work 50 hours a week, well guess what, they probably make more money than people who work 30 hours a week at a similar job. The same should be true with Halo 4, if you play the game for 8 hours a day, you should benefit more from it than someone who plays the game 2 hours a day. Don't get me wrong, Halo 4 is a great game, however the cap eliminates my motivation to play it. You need to remove the cap ASAP or I'm sure you'll lose a lot of customers in the future.
