i kind of like the more strategic style ragnorock and the dmr it forces you to play with thought behind your movements. i also like the run and gun fun of the smaller maps such as haven and solice but i have to be honest longbow gives you both aspects and this for me makes it the most rounded map on the game so far

im very sorry guys but im an active camo sniper and dmr user with this class BUT it is only very effective on ragnarock, its good on longbow but on the rest its just meh so on other maps i prefer jet pack or prom vision. what we need to do is create and find countermeasures as i get killed by this class too. by far the best counter measure for this is team communication and team shooting. if any one knows some good countermeasures i would love to hear about them

they did make an excellent game and as i said i hated the other halo mp's so this one had to be special for me to enjoy it. i hope they do sort it

as i understand it they are bringing in a new ranking system next year which ranks you based on wins rather than xp now if this is true joining games where you dont have a fighting chance is going to cause alot of angry posts in these forums. trust me if this happens there will be alot of really REALLY annoyed gamers

i love sniping but when i get beat to it, its tough luck i dont stand infront of the guy and ruin it for him. some people are just tools. this occasion though was so bad i thought i would name and shame the guy + i have a friend who is an xbox live ambassador so i asked her to do something about it too, what influence she has i dont know but it was so dispicable the way they did it and to beat it all after the game had finished i backed out posted the above topic and then got abuse over xbl from the 2 guys involved. its unreal

So i was in exile i jumped on the gauss cannon and a guy called ''ziikos'' started to drive but he took us into the building behind us and proceded to flip the warthog repeatedly until his mate could steal the gun from me. he managed this and they went and got killed. i carried on playing and when it respawned i jumped on the gun again and my friend started to drive ziikos and his friend then decided to blow it up with plasmas and was shooting it with plasma pistols. why do people do this. His name is ziikos if people want to bad rep him that would be awesome

can anyone help i need the codes for further specialisations but my gt e-mail account is no longer in use i have a different one now so how will i get my codes and what can i do to sort this out? any help would be appreciated.

thank you, both of you im glad its not just me and celtic revenge thats exactly what i was thinking regarding new maps and like i said its a real shame as this is the only HALO mp i have actually liked. i personally hated all the others with a passion but i felt 343 had done a really good job in the way the game actually plays but its getting to the point where i dont seem to be playing just waiting to play

Exactly what it says above. The host migration is a begining to put me off playing this game it is useless and 343 should be ashamed. Does any one know of a fix thats coming for this or are we stuck with it as it is because if we are this game will be traded in very soon and thats a shame as i was enjoying it, but im getting to the point where it feels like i spend more time trying to either get into a game or just staring at the host migration lobby screen. dreadfull

i know there is a number on the main screen in waypoint but mine says 50 and from what im reading it seems that this is very high and i can tell you now i just aint that good i do play infinity slayer and i have a reasonable kd i think i am about 3400 kills to 2600 deaths but im new to the halo franchise (mp any way) and i have been in matches where i have been well and truly owned by guys that are alot better than me (at the moment) so am i looking at the right number or am i just such a noob i cant find my arse from my elbow

So let me get this straight there is a seperate ranking system working behind the scenes but if i go to waypoint i can see this rank? if this is the case what is a good rank and what is not? and where the hell is it?

cod is not a bad game it just isnt. i dont like the franchise anymore but my personal taste does not make something bad. there are small elements of the cod way in halo 4 and imo they are a good thing apart from the joining mid game which is poor other than that the loadouts, perks and ordinance drops are good

yes you should have to change its a new game one that is far better than any halo before it as far as mp goes. the reason is it is no longer a camp the power weapon fest which is so dull

i agree about the ranking system although i never really looked at it in the other halo mp's it does sound alot better. and you are so wrong about cod and BF3. cod has alot of pray and spray runners but when you come against good players in a team you know then that there is skill involved (yes i was in such a team because i am just sooo awesome ...). BF3 requires more tactics than can ever be deployed in halo that isnt even up for debate. dont get me wrong i am really enjoying this halo its alot of fun but its not as tactical as bf3. i look forward to that ranking system update

as i said im a noob but this really? dont you have a pistol that is just for this situation the one you charge and it disables it? i love doing this and then hijacking enemy vehicles i think i have done it to everything now apart from the wraith

well lots of moaning here. im new to halo mp or should i say im new to actually thinking halo mp is any good. ALL the other halo mp are awful. all those saying cod takes no skill really are idiots dont rip on a game just because you either suck at it or because its not your favourite. battlefield 3 blows both this and cod out of the water so dont even mention that mp. So far i am enjoying halo 4 mp which as i have already stated is a first as all the others were camp the weapon win the game fests and truly dull whereas this one mixes it up nicely. i have never paid any attention to the ranking system on the other games in the series but from what i am reading that does sound a hell of alot better than the xp constant ranking we have now and in all other games so i would like to see this allthough at the moment as im new to playing halo regularly i suck big time (this wont last i generally excell at fps after a while so heres hoping). i will finish my moan with this statement this game feels nothing like cod and after mw3 that is definatley a good thing
