The Indefinite

I have just purchased the Limited Edition of Halo 4. I typed in the code for "Specializations;Skins;Emblem;Map pk" and got the skin and the emblems. but when I checked the specialization tab I only saw 2 specializations which are Wet Work and Operator. While my friend had all the 8 locked. I know that I have to be level 50 to unlock and choose. But it doesn't show me the rest of the Specializations locked. Am I missing something? Why does my friend have all of them locked and I only have 2?
