I was like this with Reach and Halo 4 as well. Took like a week break from Halo 4 and about 3 months from Reach and when I came back to them I found them more entertaining then I did the first time. Put Halo 4 down for a bit just because I was tired of rolling with randoms but, then once I came back I found a group of people to play with ad was glad I came back. Ditching it as a whole may or may not be the case, like other people said you could just need a break. Playing one game over and over will get boring after a while. Go play another game for a bit and drop Halo for a couple of days and then come back. You might see the game differently.

I don't see the point in complaining about it either. They would never remove the BR from SWAT. It's been there since the beginning. Removing it would be idiotic.

Spartan Ops is pretty fun. Wish they weren't limited to small areas. Wish there was some more vehicle sections. The Mantis parts were fun but, I'd like parts where you can have some marines in a Warthog or a Scorpion for instance.

The only thing that has made me continue to play Halo 4 is working to finish a lot of the commendations. Now that Team Dubs and Grifball are back it's made things better but, there's still a lot of issues with this game. Hoping that things get better once the ranking system is implemented and the next DLC is released. Halo 4 had and still has a lot of potential to be an amazing game.

I don't see how Complex and Sword Base are similar in anyway and definetaly not the game play of it. Sword Base wasn't a long range DMR campfest.

Elites aren't in War Games for a reason. War Games is supposed to be training for SPARTANS. This is why 343i didn't add them in MM. No amount of complaining or petitioning will change this. Maybe in Halo 5 they will come back but, they will not be playable in War Games.

343i does listen and gives the fans what they want BUT, they're a little slow at doing so.

This is the only thing that irks me when getting JIP games. I don't mind being put on a losing team as long as there's enough time for us to make a come back or at least make it a close game. I can't count how many times I've been put into Dominion games where it's 360-210 or CTF where it's 3-0 or even Slayer with 210-550 with a minute left in the game. Once a certain score or time is reached in a game I feel JIP should be turned off. If this was fixed I would have no problems with the JIP system.

I would find this somewhat enjoyable if it was put into Action Sack if the playlist does come to Halo 4. Or if it's put into the rotation for Team Snipers although I would prefer it to be a game that doesn't pop up often. I feel a lot of people would constantly vote for it just to get Binary Rifle kills and it would get boring after a while.

Out of all the maps I've played in all of the Halo games this is the one I despise the most. All this map is, is a DMR/Sniper campfest. The far building has the best cover of any building/structure on the entire map. The building in the back with the lift is pointless to be in and the roof provides no cover or decent escape route besides running off the back. The other has multiple ways to get onto the roof and drop back for good cover when being shot. The other's walk way is in the front and provides no cover. If it went along the rear then that would be a different story. In CTF the flag point in the back is in the wide open and is easy to defend where as the other has multiple ways to access the flag and isn't easy to defend with such close quarters. This map should be taken out of all 4v4 game type rotation and be put into Big Team slayer.

I don't have an issue with them sticking to well but, bouncing off of enemies or going through them. But, when it looks like it's acting as a magnet that has to deal with connections issues.

Enjoying Doubles very much. It's the best game type IMO to work on team work and call outs. I think they need to increase the timer when the power weapons spawn though. Every 2 minutes seems excessive. By the time it's used up they're back and the same team is able to get them again. I've liked being able to make a dent in the Railgun kills I need but, it does need to be changed. Only thing I think needs to be changed with the playlist. Also I don't see the point in the Carbine being a loud out option in Slayer Pro. It can't compete with any of the other Precision weapons so 343i needs to just remove it.

The reason the OP wants the Br removed is because he's tired of being killed by the spread in the back rather then the other player being skilled enough to pop him in one shot.

If I have to have a constant internet connection to be able to play and can't buy used games then I will not be buying the new console. I don't always want to pay $60 for a game I don't know if I'll like and then I won't be able to return it if I don't like it. Gamefly will go out of business pretty quickly once the 360 and PS3 start to get out dated. This will be a bad move for the video game industry IMO. If this does happen I will not buy another console past the 360 or PS3.

If grenades were to show up back in SWAT they should have to be limited to one frag and that's it. And have friendly fire on so people can't just spam them and have to have situational awareness as to where friendlies are at.

The AI tried to hard to use tactics instead of just rushing in like in previous Halo games. Plus with plasma grenades and plasma pistols being so easy to get any shielded target was pretty easy to take down. Plus power weapons are a lot more common than before.

I've only boosted one thing so far in this game and it was the 20 Mantis Stomp kill achievement for the DLC. I already had 10 and some friends got together and asked if I wanted in on it so I did and once I got it I left. I already had all the others. The playlist never had a big population so it was hard to get it easily and I got bored of playing nothing but, CTF and Extraction. Plus people wouldn't vote for shatter every single time so it took quite some time just to get those 10 kills. I don't care about people boosting or farming. It is a little irritating when I see a SR 40 or below player with Venator armor or the green visor cause I know they boosted or cheated to get it. Seen a level 37 guy with the Protector armor variant for Weapon Mastery.

Started to use Bumper Jumper in Halo 3 and stuck with it ever since. Will never switch my control scheme because it's the one that I'm most used to and it has helped me in a lot of situations. The only thing you can do to pick one is to continuously use a specific one till you feel comfortable with it. Took me about 2 days to fully get used to Bumper Jumper and not hit a button mistaking it for a different layout.

Removing the BR from SWAT would be one of the biggest mistakes 343i could ever make. SWAT started with the BR and removing it would ruin the game type IMO. SWAT was okay in Reach but, it was quite boring with the DMR. I prefer the BR in SWAT because of the spread. Even with lag I have a good chance of killing the person because of it's spread. Where as with the DMR if you miss once then it's means your death. If any weapon should be removed from SWAT it should be the DMR.

Complaining on here will get you no where and for that I am thankful. I love being able to get a Railgun every 2 minutes. Had 3 games today that I got 10+ kills with it. Love blowing people up with this thing. Hope it never gets fixed. -
I would like any type of flying vehicle added into Halo 4 or new Halo games. The Banshee has been around forever and seems like every new flying UNSC vehicle is added and removed in the same game it was introduced.

I still have the timing down for killing people but, who ever has host has a lot to do with it as well. I've seen enemies kill my team mates without even swinging their hammers. I don't like how the G. Hammer swing effects the bomb.

I do wish the weapon sprees were still present like the sniper, sword, hammer, shotgun, and laser sprees. Don't exactly know why 343i took them out. they also got rid of the perfection medal which I don't understand either. I think there should have been more assist sprees instead of just wingman. They got rid of the weapon sprees and replaced them with stupid ones like Shield Destroyer and all the ones for Dominion. I also think there should have been more then just 5 loud outs. I would've been fine with 7.

I do like a Pro game type every now and then because after a while I get sick of people constantly needing the Radar to effectively find people and not checking corners and playing smart. It removes the chances of campers to because they can't wait around a corner for someone because they could get snuck up on as well. I've never had it happen where I'm only able to pick between different maps for Doubles Pro. Playing game types that have pre loud outs that you have to pick from isn't so bad. It shows your ability to adapt as a player. If the only way you're able to play is with what you want then it means you're not a well rounded player. An aspect of being good is being still doing well while out of your comfort zone like not being able to use your custom loud outs.- 11 replies
