Easy enough. Find another thread. Or start a thread that helps a lot of people.

1. Because people aren't educated properly in how to use the tags.2. It depends on which state you are in. Usually you can if you have a parent's permission and have graduated early, but some states will not let you. Each different branch also has different criteria for new recruits. By writing posts that are in-depth and considered to be good by the majority of people on the forum. For instance, if you are in a debate with someone in a post, you would get more likes for a detailed analysis of your side of the argument than a post that simply states "nuh uh stupid head".

I like ribs, but when I'm hungry definitely steak. Less bones, more meat. Are you really surprised? ;D lmao

Ahhh, but here's the thing. The word Forerunner is for one species, but Reclaimer and Inheritor are also for one species. Reclaimer is the word for humans while they are still evolving and learning about the galaxy, i.e. reclaiming their place. Inheritor is the word for humans who have reclaimed their spot in the galaxy and are ready to finally inherit the responsibilities of the Mantle. Reclaimer and Inheritor are two different terms for humans.

Well actually Anchor 9 is the name of the station you defend in your saber during the campaign. The map itself is the inside of the station. There was actually going to be a cut-scene inside Anchor 9 (showing people hard at work in the multiplayer map), but it was cut from the game. Little bit of trivia, the area that the multiplayer map is located in the floating station is where Jorge gets ready with the pelican in the mission. No, there is no such thing as too awesome. They sky isn't even the limit when it comes to awesome because there are no limits!

It's very cheap. It's about 80 MSP. It also comes with a free demo that's pretty fun.- 9 replies

It's come to my attention that there are a couple of playlists that used to have far more players than they do now. Those playlists are Team Swat and Team Snipers. The main reason for this is because playing on the same maps over and over again gets old pretty quickly. The lack of maps in both playlists is annoying to say the least. Another reason is that the credit jackpots and challenges are geared toward the larger playlists (which is pretty ironic given that Swat is a pretty large playlist). The following is all in my own opinion. Updates that should happen for Swat: 1. New maps. There are quite a few maps in Team Slayer and BTB (ikr) that would be great for Swat. While adding new maps to Swat, it should be remembered that in Swat symmetry is a good thing. You can learn a lot from maps that players have forged as to what would be good in Swat and what wouldn't be (most maps designed with Swat in mind are perfectly symmetrical). It wouldn't even be hard to add Team Slayer or BTB maps to Swat. There is no need to edit them because if Slayer works, then so does Swat. Adding maps is the critical update that is needed. 2. A possible ZB option. Most Swat veterans are of the opinion that Swat would be even more amazing with Zero Bloom. It shouldn't be permanently switched to ZB, mind you, but the option to play Swat on ZB should be there. It would make Swat a little more difficult, but Swat isn't exactly considered an "easy" playlist like Slayer, BTB, or Objective. Another argument that supports this is that Swat is supposed to be based off of a players aim rather than how fast they can spam a trigger. 3. A Super Jackpot. As far as I know, Swat has never had a Super Jackpot before. Which seems rather unfair considering that nearly every other playlist has. Even Infection. A SJ would bring more players into the playlist, which would give veteran players new people to play with. It will also encourage other players to at least try it out a bit to see if they like it. Updates that should happen for Snipers: 1. New maps. DEFINITELY new maps. There are nearly a dozen maps that should be in Snipers that aren't due to either oversight or laziness. ALL BTB maps work with Team Snipers, ALL slayer maps work with Snipers, and all MLG maps work with Snipers. The only excuse for the lack of maps in Snipers is "We haven't gotten around to it yet." If more maps came into Snipers, the size of the playlist would probably double by the end of the week. 2. More Daily and Weekly Challenges. There are no daily or weekly challenges that I know of that are especially attuned to Snipers. There are some for Swat (magnum kills can happen in other playlists of course, but it's obvious that Swat Magnums is the quickest way to get the challenge) so why not for Snipers? 3. Raised Game Time. There are a lot of Snipers games that aren't completed due to lack of time in game, especially on larger maps like Hemorrhage. Another couple of minutes should see these games through to completion. 4. Super Jackpot. It will do the same thing for Swat as it will for Snipers. More people playing = more fun. 5. Either update or remove Hemorrhage. The spawns are Red heavy (means it gives red a little advantage over blue. Yeah, you know it does don't lie.) Spawns at half-map or in the bases (rather than around the base in plain view) will go a long way in making it more entertaining to play on Hemorrhage. That's all I can think of for now. If you have any more, feel free to post them.

They do not ordinarily permanently ban people for quitting. The only time they would do that is if you were intentionally doing it to boost/derank. What you should do is find a way to get a better connection. Try contacting your ISP and see what suggestions they have for you. The reason they haven't taken out counting lagging out as quitting is because people would intentionally lag out of the lobby (pretty easy to do if you know how) but people who lag hurt the overall experience of the game. That may not be your intention, but all it takes is one person with a bad connection to make some pretty crappy stuff happen in game (people dying from lifts, lagging off the map, etc). To improve your connection try resetting your modem, connecting your x-box with an ethernet cable rather than using wireless, hook the x-box directly up to the modem rather than a router, and call your ISP to make sure you are getting what you are paying for.

I really do exist. I am definitely not a piece of unknown multidimensional energy source from the deep stitches of time itself. (Also, is that a Trigun reference?)

Beat Hazard Platform: Xbox 360, The Director's Rating: 9/10 This game let's you play asteroids. On your X-Box. To your own music that's on your X-Box harddrive. That in and of itself is pretty awesome, but get this. The music powers your weapon! That's right! Your weapon is powered by how loud and wild your music is! But wait, that's not all! This game also has an amazing visualization effect on the background. If you've ever imagined playing a retro game with a new spin on it while you were simultaneously watching a music visualization effect (trippy stuff), then this is definitely the game for you. Combat: The only combat in this game is firing at asteroids and spaceships. It's exactly like the arcade game Asteroids. You spin and shoot. You also have power ups that you can collect by defeating enemies that do various things such as power up your weapon. Not only that, but it's two player co-op splitscreen, which is epic. Your weapons and damage are based on the pickups you've collected and the music that's playing. If you decide to listen to a slow-dance song and play this game, you're gonna have a hard time. Rounds: Each round is exactly one song long. How long is that? Depends on the song YOU pick. If it will fit on your harddrive, then you can play it. Each round gets increasingly difficult, and the enemies are for the most parts random. There are asteroids, enemy ships of varying degree of difficulty to kill, and even bosses here and there. Splitscreen puts more enemies per round. Synopsis: This game is a brilliant indie game that's available on XBL Arcade. It plays any music that you have on your harddrive and will have a different visualization every time you play a song. Sometimes the visualizations are distracting while you are trying to get a higher score, but this game is mainly for fun rather than competition. There is a "brag to a friend" option, if you ARE competitive. The Director's Recommendation: I recommend playing it when you get tired of other games. It allows you to take a much needed break from normal games while still keeping you entertained. It's available on XBL Arcade under indie games. My final recommendation is to get some dubstep/techno/electronica onto your HDD and prepare to have your mind blown. If you are photosensitive, then that's literal. If you have a recommendation for a game that I should review, then let me know in the comments (I follow all of my threads ;D). Remember though, if it's a hyped up game then I won't do it. "Lesser Known" is in the title after all. Hope you enjoy your time in the world of games. Wanna see the others? "get me"? lol That's not the point of this thread. This thread is to post what you know about Halo so that others who don't know can learn. Did you know that in two levels of Halo 3, there is a missing persons poster that has Jason Jones (co-founder of Bungie) on it?

Before I begin, I am a fan of Halo Wars and would like a Halo Wars 2. That being said, why would 343i buy the rights to it from their father company (Microsoft) who has always held the rights to Halo Wars? Firstly, Microsoft would never sell the rights to anything Halo related. Secondly, 343i wouldn't NEED to buy the rights from Microsoft because they are owned by Microsoft. 343i, unlike Bungie, is not an "independent contractor". 343i was created by Microsoft to help handle Halo. When Bungie decided that they no were going to separate from Microsoft, it was decided that 343i would be the division that would take over development of Halo games in Bungie's stead. The only thing that has prevented there being a Halo Wars 2 thus far is finding a new game engine. There are copyright claims on the previous game engine, and no one really knows what to pay who because of Ensemble's disassembly. The only solutions to this debacle are a lengthy and possibly costly legal battle over rights to the engine, a development of a new engine, merging the former employees of Ensemble with 343i (which probably won't happen. Most of them are happy where they are now), or just putting Halo Wars 2 on the shelf for now. Microsoft has obviously opted for the last of those choices, because while Halo Wars was the best selling RTS on a console so far, it didn't sell nearly as many copies as other Halo titles that were FPS. So, it makes sense to focus on the FPS parts of the Halo series than the RTS parts of it. As far as development of it beginning this summer... That's highly unlikely. Most of 343i's staff is working on Halo 4 and the rest are either writing stuff for Halo 5, working on Halo Reach's multiplayer, or enjoying their vacation because they've completed their tasks for Halo 4 (the soundtrack and parts of the recording teams). If they were to begin development on Halo Wars 2, they would be undermanned and both Halo 4 and Halo Wars 2 would suffer from it. As far as proof goes, I'm not sure where you read what you read, but the fact that you didn't cite a link to the place that you read it seems fishy to me. For future endeavors, you should remember to cite your source (by posting a link to the original information) and give a brief summation of what's written at the source before you write what you think it means. Also, I would REALLY like to see where you read that 343i purchased the rights to Halo Wars. Especially since their parent company is the one who owns the rights.

Indeed lol However, that shouldn't discourage you because there are tons of people who don't know everything about Halo Did you know that on the level "The Ark" there is a crashed pelican just outside of the map (you can see it's tail in map) that you can actually move with explosions?
-
That's because they both want peace with the humans and are trying to lead by example. To them, the term Demon is similar to the term "Squidlips" or other terms given to the elites by the humans. At this point, they are trying to lead by example by not referring to the Chief as Demon. Did you know that they still have their slip ups (because they are so used to referring to Spartans as demons) and call the Chief "Demon" every once in a while?

Did you know that in Halo 3 a conversation over the radio (you can hear it near the downed pelican that has the mongooses just after landing on the ring) that seems to imply that Shipmaster Rtas 'Vadum uses his ship as a battering ram in the space battle above and survives? Did you also know that Shipmaster Rtas 'Vadum is referred to as "Half Jaw" by his enemies?

No I don't lol And deadmau5 does electro house AND dubstep. He also likes to mix the two. Yes I am, I'd like to see you prove otherwise. I believe the proper response in this case would be "lolwut?" Enjoyment of skating. If you are a good skater, and you love skating, then you are a skater. That's really all there is to it. *Covenant Death Gurgle*Seriously though, Sgt. Johnson is the funniest Halo character ever.

The Lead Wall would sound pretty good, and it would go with your username quite well. LOL He is a Shaggy Briard Sheepdog. I actually saw this on Animal Planet a while ago. xD

Modestep. deadmau5 and skillet are in my top 10 though.

Everything.

Did you know that the whole Human-Covenant war was started because the Hierarchs (who weren't Hierarchs at the time) misunderstood what a Monitor meant by "Reclaimer"? They thought that it meant that humans were forerunners who were left behind from the "Great Journey". If that had been the case, then the covenant would have fallen apart, because it was based on the belief that anyone could travel on the Great Journey.
