They do look a bit similar lol Those creatures were actually recreated and put into Halo Reach, btw. This is a Guta. If you look closely, you'll notice the stub of the tail, they both have three "fingers", both have elongated lower teeth, and both are hairless. The reason for this is because Bungie had been looking for a way to incorporate that creature into the game without adding to much of a "Are we fighting enemies or animals" feel to the game. So, they made them into a sort of "Boss" for the level Nightfall in Halo Reach. The Guta also bears a surprising resemlance to a Drinol, another cut creation from Halo 2. It appears that the Guta is a mixture of the Blind Wolf (your picture) and the Drinol.

What source did you get "Nelkron" from? I've read every book, played every game, and even read some short stories and such that weren't canon, and I have NEVER heard of a Nelkron before being linked to this post...

As president, I promise to be at least twice as great of a member as I am now. I know it will be difficult, because I am pretty amazing, but I will accomplish this feat. Constitutive Heterochromatin occur throughout the chromosome, but mainly at the centromeres and telomeres. The way you worded your question, it sounded like you were asking what they would be called at the telomeres specifically. As such, my answer was not incorrect. The way you should have worded your question would be "What form of chromatin condensation does one find more commonly at the centromeres and telomeres?" That would have made my answer incorrect. However, I would have answered with Constitutive Heterochromatin, and would have still gotten it correct lol

Technically, that's Microcellular Biology lol and the chromatin condensation you would find at the telomeres would be ones that are aglet. Nothin, nothin, you aint scaring nothin.
