Of course he will be back. He loves this forum, and after he is done being busy in his real life he will be back here keeping us on track, as usual. As far as the pillar keeping this forum up, I don't support that statement because even though he is a great moderator and definitely a legendary member of this forum, calling him that would discredit Twam, Spectral Jester, and the other mods who've worked so hard night and day keeping this forum together, and he wouldn't want that. And no, no one can replace AD. Definitely Rock. Can't beat a good guitar riff.

Alright, so in my current quest to help people, I've decided that it would be a lot less strenuous to have the people come to me. And since I do not want my PMs to be flooded (one of the reasons I don't want to be a mod, btw), I've decided to make this thread. So here we go. I really do hope for a Halo Wars 2 (mainly because it will be yet another Halo game that I can play! ) but I'm not going to hold my breath on it. We're still a good couple of years away from it becoming a reality, if it happens at all.

1. Why does this happen? 2. How do you fix it? 3. Is it your internet connection? 1. It happens because someone is playing on a damaged disc, so their X-Box cannot read the map correctly. 2. You fix it by either taking care of your disc, or by downloading the disc to your hard-drive. (it's best to borrow someone's undamaged version of the disc to download) 3. To an extent. If your connection is too slow it will sometimes not be able to load the map on your console and you will get a failure to load. However, this rarely happens due to a connection. This happens when your disc is so damaged that your console cannot read all of the maps properly. However, if you download an undamaged disc to your hard-drive, it will load from your hard-drive rather than the disc. This means that unless your disc becomes completely unreadable (shame on you for letting that happen, btw) your x-box will load the undamaged version of the game from your hard-drive every time, preventing a failure to load. Mind you, it only takes one person in the lobby who is unable to load the content to cause a failure to load to happen, so spread the word.

Did you know that Halo 3 shipped with 3 versions. The standard 1 disk edition, the 2 disk limited special edition with tin case and the legendary 3 disk edition with a spartan helmet. The special edition and the legendary edition sold out almost immediately in stores despite their high price.

I rage sometimes too, but the only time my controller ever gets involved in my rage is if the person who is playing with me is in range of a flying controller. The only other time I get angry enough to actually rage is with broken game mechanics that were packaged and sold (like the final boss of Painkillers). As far as actually breaking your controller in a fit of rage (without pummeling one of your friends with it) is childish in my opinion. Breaking things while angry overall (unless it's a living being that's causing the anger, mind you) is something that little kids do. Getting angry is okay, but acting on that anger (again, unless it's to cause pain to a person) is childish and foolhardy.

Don't worry, the elites may make a comeback. They may also still be playable in custom games and forge (I haven't heard for sure yet, but Frankie is the one who started the rumor). There may even be an Elite Ops (Frankie started this rumor too lol). They are confirmed to appear in the campaign, so they will still be around. Also, quick question, what's the point in playing a game if you aren't interested in the story at all? Sorry but it just bewilders me.
