I like it, but it sounds like it wouldn't be received as often as it should be due to lag or other complications. I'd like to see it though

There's been several cases of this happening, and not just on Reach either. On Halo 3 the same thing will happen. The reason for this type of ban is simple. There has been players that "afk" and don't play, and it ruins matchmaking for other players. If you've ever been on a team with people who are afk then you know what I mean. The way they determine that these players are afk is by how many kills they get per match. If they tried to detect the level of activity based on map movements, then players would attach rubber bands to their thumbsticks to avoid detection. What you should have done (and maybe still can do) is play a few custom games with your little sister to bring her skill level up before unleashing her on Matchmaking. Halo has a pretty steep learning curve, so it may take a bit, but have her play the campaign on heroic or legendary and play a few custom games with her and she will be able to nab a few kills in no time.

The new fileshare system will take some time to install (as did the one with Bungie if you recall) [that rhymed, kinda cool], and it will be at Waypoint (halo.xbox.com). It is estimated to arrive this summer. Don't worry, it will be there. bs angel told me it would be, and he hasn't lied to me yet
