I think it's called pearlescent paint, and the way it's done is really simple. First you start with the base color (black, red, white, etc.), and then you paint a clear coat over it. Then you paint the pearlescent paint over it (which is thin, so you see the color underneath as well), and then put a clear coat over that. That's the way it works. Not allowed to give out personal information about people. :3

Actually, you can file complaints against players for racist activity. If I recall correctly, it's under "abusive behavior" or some such. Point in fact is though, I'm seeing a lot of "but it's stuff said over the internet, it shouldn't bother you." Firstly, X-Box Live is only a small part of the internet. If you feel as if you'd like to be an asshat (literally, a hat made out of a donkey) then you can feel free to do so elsewhere. The internet is a huge place. If you can't smack talk in a non-racist/sexist way, then quite frankly you suck at smack talking. Racist and sexist "smack talk" (if it can even be called that) is roughly the equivalent of "you're a dumb poopy head" intelligence wise. Seriously, it's at the point where if you do come up with something clever that's racist or sexist, it's guaranteed to already have been said about 2000 times. There is absolutely no originality when it comes to sexist or racist jokes, and there hasn't been for years. As far as "my first amendment rights!" goes, welcome to the internet. The internet is global, not centralized in any nation. Your rights given to you by your government don't apply here. The only rights you have are given to you by the owner of the hardware and software that you are using. If you do not like that, feel free to get off of the internet and go do something else. Perhaps go to a rally or a protest to use your beloved first amendment rights.

Looks great! In Halo 3 the damage radius is 3-4 spartans standing shoulder to shoulder wide, and in Halo 4 it's between 2.5 and 3.5 of the same measurement. I think you may be under the impression that the moderators here work with/for 343 industries and/or Microsoft. This is not the case, as this is a community forum. Not the case. You have to start the legendary campaign from the very beginning (i.e. the prologue) for it to count. Try watching the prologue on legendary with the same group of friends and see if that works.

Easy. Most of the internet comes on the internet to ***** about things. For instance, YOUR first post here was bitching about the killcam. My first post on a Halo forum was about the BXR glitch. The majority of people who come onto forums do so because they want to complain about something or other. People who like the game play it instead of coming on the forum to explain every little detail that they like, because doing so would take away from their gaming time. Also, you are full of crap about the whole "kissing 343i's asses" thing, as I've said before. What would be the point in that? You seem to be going on the assumption that everyone here is a fanboy, however everyone here (with very few exceptions) has posted at least ONE complaint post about Halo at one point in their time here. I myself have had at least three huge rants about the things I didn't like. Like when Bungie created multiple in-game glitches that they flat out refused to patch for about a year. Or when Bungie added maps to Halo Reach that allowed one team to spawn camp the other RIGHT OFF THE BAT! Or maybe that one time that Bungie completely said "Screw it" to all of the Halo books that I read multiple times and paid money for so that I could get the whole story because they didn't want to do Halo anymore. So yeah, when 343i does that I'll call them out on it too. Another thing, you seem to think that your opinion is fact. However, I see quite a few people on my friends list playing Halo 4 everytime I get on X-Box. Bear in mind, I met most of the people on my friends list either in real life, or in BF3. Most of the people I met in Halo games have long since faded out of my friends list. When there are 47 out of 50 people online on my friends list alone playing Halo 4, that makes me think it's a pretty good game. Not to mention that I don't have any major complaints about it except some random lag here and there that's more than likely my fault, and that Legendary is harder than I ever remember it being in the campaign. I grow very tired of posts like this. Of bloody course it didn't meet your expectations. You were expecting a remake of Halo 2 or Halo 3, which not even Bungie would do. Every couple of years it's the same thing over and over again. "This isn't Halo because it's not Halo CE or Halo 2! Wahhhhh" Of course NOW it's "This isn't Halo because it's not Halo 2 or Halo 3! Wahhhhh" My how the times have changed. Want a full list of the things that people have complained about over the decade or so that Halo has been out? Halo CE: X-Box didn't have online multiplayer and it wasn't realistic. Halo 2: Glitches and the game felt unfinished, rocket launcher was OP because it could lock on to any vehicle in the game. Halo 3: Equipment changed the game around a ton, and the maps have glitches in them that people can exploit for cheap wins, derankers/boosters, vehicles were OP because the rocket launcher was too slow. Halo 3 ODST: The only multiplayer is firefight, and the games missions bug out sometimes. Halo Wars: RTS isn't Halo, the gameplay is long, drawn out, and boring. Scarabs are OP. The multiplayer takes a long time to find a match. Halo Reach: Armor Lock is OP, the game broke canon, head-hiding glitch, sword block, jet packs being OP, evade being OP, armor abilities changed the flow of the game, the vehicles suck, didn't like the story, etc. Halo 4: Didn't like the story, server issues, thruster pack is useless, active camo is OP, Promethean Vision is OP, "feels too much like CoD, even though CoD feels a lot like EVERY OTHER FPS ON THE FRIGGIN MARKET!", graphics aren't as good as they can be, etc. The only thing that has changed, really changed, is the number of people with access to forums. More people = more complaints about a larger variety of things. Honestly, after 10 years of seeing posts like this one, the only real thing that bothers me is that instead of posting on someone else's thread everyone thinks that they have a new and original thing to complain about and creates another post, resulting in the burying of posts that actually matter from people who actually want to enjoy the game but can't because they need help with technical issues. So yeah, congrats, you told me that you could find something to complain about. Quite the accomplishment.

Yeah... In H3 it was use a BR or die. Multiple times. The most commonly used tactic was BR as main weapon, AR as secondary. The second most commonly used one was the "noob combo", which was BR as primary and Plasma Pistol as secondary. The carbine was great, but it was a rarity on most maps. Not to mention that BR/AR spawns were frequent, depending on your playlist of choice. And in H4 I see the BR a lot, but I see the people who actually manage to kill me using the DMR or Light Rifle more often then not. I myself usually use a DMR/AR loadout. I'll switch to a BR on CQC maps, because it has the advantage over the BR in mid-close, but the DMR is beast in mid-long.

Yeah, but not canon wise. That was one of the jokes that went around during the HCE-H3 days. The fact that the spartans in the books were so much better than the ones in the games, because they could run and swim. lol

I too enjoy regicide. While it is a bit unfair for the king, it's pretty darn fun regardless. Sort of the exact opposite of Juggernaut. Also, it's balanced because if you can stay alive for a certain amount of time as the king you get a medal and an over-shield that helps you out. Trust me, that over-shield DOES help the king out. I got robbed in my last game of regicide by that over-shield. xD Had the king at oneshot right when he got it, and lost by five points. lol

For some reason this is the case for some people. Mainly those that skip the prologue on their first legendary runthrough. Try playing it on coop with some friends, and remember to begin at the prologue rather than the first mission. Worked for me

Which part of the community? Because a lot of people have different opinions on what makes the game broken. I assume you remember the Title Update fiasco. The TU was 343i trying to address the raging idiots who were crying about the game being broken. EVERYTHING they put in that TU was suggested (more like screamed for) multiple times by the "community". Then guess what happened? "OMG AL IS USELESS NOW!?!?! WTF 343I I HATE YOU YOU RUINED REACH!" "OMG SWORD BLOCK IS GONE NOW!?!?! WTF 343I I HATE YOU YOU RUINED REACH!" "OMG THE DMR AND MAGNUM IS SO OP NOW THAT BLOOM IS GONE! WTF 343I I HATE YOU YOU RUINED REACH!" "OMG I KEEP GETTING KILLED BECAUSE OF BLEEDTHROUGH WHICH HAS BEEN IN EVERY GAME EXCEPT REACH AND I LITERALLY POSTED A THREAD ASKING FOR IT'S RETURN A WEEK AGO WTF 343I YOU RUINED REACH!" Then they tried to compromise with people by adding a TU only playlist, which wasn't very popular, and then got yelled at by "the community" (majority of which were ones that didn't play it, mind you) when they removed it to consolidate players. Then they fixed the camping spots in Infection that everyone was begging to be removed, and guess what? The "community" raged at them. How DARE you say they haven't listened to the community. Honestly, I'm surprised that they listened as long as they did! I sure as hell wouldn't have. Oh, and by the way, "Race" is still make-able, you just have to know how to do it. Also, they will be adding new gametypes to matchmaking starting with Swat next week. Grifball will more than likely be one of them.
