That's understandable. Well, there's no need to have a confrontation if one can be avoided. I suggest sitting down with your parents and discussing it with them. Be clear in your feelings on the matter and don't leave anything unsaid. Tell them what you like about him, what they might not like about him, and then ask them what they think. Meaning ask their opinions, not their permission. They may surprise you, but even if they don't it simplifies the matter. If they say they're fine with it, then it's all fine and dandy. If they say they're not okay with it, then you no longer have to just go off of a feeling you have about what they may think. At that point, it's then a black or white decision rather than some murky grays. You can either tell them that, while you value their opinion (which you have just demonstrated), you have decided to date this guy regardless of how they feel on the matter and that you hope that they are able to change their mind about him in the future, or you can simply give up on dating him. The latter of which is obviously the easy choice, but the former may be worth the extra effort. It's likely going to be difficult, but it is doable. All you gotta do is ask yourself if it's worth it or not.

If we did actually see it though, I doubt much would happen with religion. They'll simply start saying that god created the universe with the big bang. I may not be understanding your question, but at face value I'd say because some atoms become cations. Basically, when electrons are shared between atoms the atoms involved become ions. When an ion gains electrons and a negative charge it's an anion. When they lose electrons and gain a positive charge they become cations. Well, the first thing you're going to need to do to figure out WHY you feel so shy around him. Are you shy because of him or because of the situation? Is it the man himself, or the commitment involved in dating him? One possible explanation is that if you guys have a stable friendship at the moment then your shyness might be because of that. Other guys, the ones you don't know very well, the relationships with them are not as real as one with this guy would be. So it may very well be that you're afraid that if you two date and break up, it will hurt worse than any other break-up you've been through. It's polar because of it's shape. The hydrogen atoms have one electron each, which they share with the oxygen atom. Yes they can be separated from their original compound. All one needs to do is put said ionic compound into water that has the proper pH balance. The water, being 'polar', will pull the ions out of the ionic compound and break the ionic bonds of the compound thereby dissolving said compound. There are a couple 'free' ones, but those are primarily PUP loaders that don't work very well. The risk to your computer generally outweighs any benefit these 'free' capture softwares have. Fraps and Movavi are cheap and decent though. They aren't the best, of course, but they do the job. Fraps is $37 USD and Movavi is $50 USD normally, but Movavi is currently having a sale and offering their Game Capture for $30 USD.

Australia actually has varying climates due to it's size. The northern tips of Australia are Equatorial, just south of that is tropical, south of that is a mix of desert and grasslands, an eastern chunk of it is subtropical, and the southernmost tips are temperate. The reasons for it's climates vary, but it's 'hot' primarily due to it's proximity to the equator. There are other factors as well, but that's the main one. The reason that it's dangerous is because of the many species of fauna that live in Australia that have adapted to survive the harsh conditions and each other. A lot of the venomous predators are 'inactive', meaning that they can go extended periods of time without eating. So when they DO get an opportunity to eat something they have to make it count. Which is why they are so venomous. That being said though, Australia isn't more or less dangerous than any other continent. It sounds as if he is a beta-type personality trying to be an alpha-type personality. Alpha-type personalities are characterized by confidence and aggression. There's about three different things you could be referring to using the descriptor 'the 3 year law' so I'm going to have to request that you elaborate a bit in your question.

It's usually less than $10 USD though. As far as a mic/headset goes, my best recommendation would be to check on Amazon. If you can find one that works for both 360 and PC for under $25, then that's the one you should get. There are some really decent cheap headsets out there but most of those run at around $10 plus S&H and are either exclusively for the X360 or the PC.

First, you have to understand what common sense is. It's the basic ability to perceive, understand, and judge things that is common to nearly all people. Something that is 'common sense' is a bit of knowledge that can be reasonably expected to be known without the need for debate or explanation. For instance, objects that are hot can burn you. Sharp implements can cut things. To improve upon your 'common sense' you have to ask questions and seek knowledge. As with any field of knowledge, if you are lacking in common sense it's best to find someone with a great deal of it to learn from. When you cannot do that, seek knowledge by looking things up. The more basic knowledge you obtain the more you can extrapolate using said knowledge, and the more 'common sense' you have.

Well unfortunately it's down to common usage versus dictionary definitions of the terms. Now, everyone who knows the term Wind Turbine knows that they make electricity instead of things like grinding grain and all the other things windmills do. However, those who are not familiar enough with Wind Turbines and windmills wouldn't know the difference at face value. They are both objects that make use of wind power to accomplish a task. While the task is wildly different, most people that use the terms interchangeably don't know that.

The reason it is difficult is simple. Distance. Our universe is unfathomably large. So, if there was an alien civilization relatively nearby it would still take decades/centuries for our radio signals to reach them. Not to mention that they may not even be advanced enough to understand radio waves, or they followed a different technological pathway and so they don't use radio. Our first response would be to hold a meeting in the United Nations and decide whether the extraterrestrials appeared friendly, hostile, or neutral. The UN meeting would then decide if we should attempt to communicate with them, and if so how we would. No individual nation would be allowed to attempt to communicate with the extraterrestrials for fear of economic reprisal. That's about the limits of our decided upon 'first contact scenario'.
