I guarantee it will be done though lol A lot of people play objective games just to boost their k/d ratio, and the opportunity to force a tie game would make k/d boosters day. Not to mention that if they are on red team, they win by default.

Master Chief, because his suit is more armored and advanced. Not to mention that if we took both of them out of the suits... lol But seriously though. Flying is not enough of an advantage for Tony Stark to secure a victory over John 117. Give John a Splaser and watch Iron Man's unshielded suit pop. A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. xD It would have to be between 36,453 BBY and 18 BBY. Further information cannot be gleaned, as George Lucas has not decided to tell the full story of the TX-20 as of yet. (Also, HK-47 wouldn't have been ripped apart by Twi'lek villagers. Just sayin.) A Cookie shaped like a whale would fit, as would the smiley. Considering that a non-enhanced human being without a powered exoskeleton managed to defeat and kill Ripa 'Moramee, I'd have to go with Master Chief. AUC Means "From the founding of the City (Rome)", and it's used as a year-numbering system. Urbe means a large city. The English word Urban is a derivative of the word Urbe.

Another wonderful thread Twin! Keep up the good work Also, for those who are wondering, RTM means Ready To Make/Manufacture. Also, didn't know if you knew Twin, but 343i has stated that all of the Preorder Bonuses will be eventually released as DLC GameStop LE Console and H4 LE 450+ USD Not sure, but the pickup date is Nov 6, 2012. http://www.gamestop.com/xbox-360/games/halo-4/91448 and http://www.gamestop.com/xbox-360/consoles/xbox-360-320gb-limited-edition-halo-4-console/103352

I have to agree with this. It's obvious the picture has been in some sort of editing software, because of the "whiteout" at the top of the pic. It IS named after it's traits! It fires 1's and 0's at people at a superluminal velocity. lmao

True enough, so for Halo 3 and ODST all you need to do is add "Brute" in there, and it's the exact same thing. Plus, that was after the Great Schism, so they couldn't use Elites at that point even if they wanted to. And actually, this further proves my point. Even without Sangheili, The Covenant tried to use the same tactic over and over. Which means that it was a tactic taught to every covenant leader during their training. Which means that that tactic IS Covenant.

Oh dear. Not only does it have a protrusion on it that makes it look semi-phallic, but it has two protrusion's on the side that look like... Well, you get the idea. xD Well, I know what I'm going to call people who wear that helmet if I want to rustle some jimmies. LMAO

Okay, firstly, REALLY? That's the worst example you could have possibly come up with. One, because it implies that I'm being racist (or that you are racist and are trying to hide it) and two because it doesn't relate to the saying at all. Muslims do not walk like a terrorist and talk like a terrorist, and terrorists don't walk like a Muslim or talk like a Muslim. Terrorists are from MANY different races and religious beliefs (IRA, Czech's, etc.) Muslims and Muslim Extremists don't even have the same beliefs! Muslims believe in peace, Extremists believe in killing everyone who doesn't obey them and their God. VERY different beliefs and interpretations of the same religion. However, this is not the same scenario for The Storm and The Covenant. The Storm was a part of The Covenant (I want to make it clear that I say was because The Covenant seat of power is gone, not because they separated themselves from The Covenant) and use the exact same tactics as they do. How do I know this? Watch the Stage Demo. You will see an Elite with two grunts and two jackals. This is your basic Covenant fire squad. An Elite with some grunts and Jackals was used by The Covenant IN EVERY SINGLE HALO GAME! But let's humor you and say that The Storm uses different tactics. So do the Zealot Class Sangheili. They use stealth while the rest of The Covenant uses brute force, but they were still part of The Covenant. The Ranger Class Sangheili also use different tactics than their comrades, and THEY were still part of The Covenant. And The Covenant WAS NOT a faction. The Covenant was a treaty between various species that opted their cooperation. There were factions IN The Covenant, but The Covenant itself was not a faction. The Storm wasn't even a faction within The Covenant, it was a task force. From what we've been told they don't even know that they no longer are a task force. Which means that in their minds they think they still work for The Covenant. I'll say this again for emphasis, The Storm (from what we've been told) is not rogue in the sense that they broke from The Covenant, but is rogue in the sense that their mission requires long periods of being out of contact with their superiors IN THE COVENANT. Your argument against this is weak for two reasons. Firstly, you tried using a strawman tactic, which is weak in and of itself. Secondly, you ignored parts of what I said and couldn't provide an adequate counter argument for those parts (which is what lead to the strawman tactic). The part you ignored was the fact that the characters in the game actually SAY that they are The Covenant.

Are you upset that Elites will not be playable in Halo 4 Matchmaking?
The Director replied to ZB-85's topic in Halo 4
I triple checked, and honestly there isn't a straightforward answer. I know you can on Vista H2, but I don't remember every coming across someone playing as an elite on H2 on XBL. I'll ask Twinreaper. -
The Grunts who were chosen for "suicide squads" were abused and drugged to make them willing to do that. Not ALL of the grunts were, mind you, just the ones chosen as suicide bombers.

There looks like there is a bit of bloom, but the bullet spread (which was the actual problem in Reach) looks to have gone WAY down, which I'm happy about. And I liked the BR sounds. It sounds remarkably similar to an M16A-4 on burst fire.

In CTF on Zealot (normal version, but possibly MLG version as well) it's possible to completely trap your opponent in their spawn by picking up a few power weapons and their flag. They will always spawn on the lower stairs (the stairs near blue or red outro lift), and they will always spawn in the same 6 spots. This may have been patched (but I doubt it).

Nope. The only way you can play with Elites in H2 multiplayer is through modding. I checked before I posted. lmao -
The grunts are drugged and brainwashed. Not really much of a choice... lmao

Hope to see you around. We are a very friendly forum, so you'll probably spend more time here than you think you will lol If you have any questions feel free to PM myself or a moderator (blue and yellow names).

Same reason as grunts I suppose. ;D lol
-
But the voice actor is on vacation because of his long and arduous work on Halo 4! D: Plus he's old, he really needs his rest. :3
-
Exactly. This measure isn't a permanent one, but is supposed to buy time for the next release in the series to come out.

Did you know that all of the remaining Spartan II's and III's were slated to serve aboard the UNSC Infinity? It's not clear as to whether or not they made it on board before the UNSC Infinity picked up MC's distress call though.
-
Lol in FUD, MC is played by an actor. Not a voice actor. That's why his voice sounds different. The voice actor is enjoying his well earned break (and probably large paycheck) after H4.

Welcome to the forum. We're pretty friendly here, so you should have a great time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the shoutbox or PM a moderator or myself.

Your rating isn't just based on your k/d. It's based on how well you perform (medals gathered, objectives taken, sprees, etc.) which is why you can get a k/d of 6.0 and still get a rating of under 1500.
-
Depends on how you say drive lol And actually, at the time Chief wasn't all that experienced either. I'm not sure exactly when the date of this is, but it pretty much had to be before the Fall of Reach, which means it could be any time from when MC had his first combat with the covies up to the point where MC goes back to Reach to help defend it. Also, back in those days it was more common for Spartans to work alone (in their own teams, mind you) rather than groups of Marines.

Iron Man. He's wearing full body armor, has advanced weaponry, and can fly. ODST's can't fly. They fall with style. Iron Man is very close to a Spartan wearing MJOLNIR armor. And a squad of ODST's will get their butts handed to them by a Spartan NOT wearing MJOLNIR armor (just ask Master Chief). Around 50, but only 7 or 8 in their necks.
