  1. Honestly, I don't see a 1v1 playlist happening. 2v2 playlists are commonly plagued by low population, so 1v1 would be even lower. And sooner or later (we see this happening in Reach right now) they will have to cut the playlist to consolidate the population. If they did make a 1v1 playlist, then it would more than likely be the first playlist cut.
  2. Lmao Just because it has 9 levels doesn't mean it's going to be a short campaign. Those levels are probably loooooooooooooooooooooooong. Not to mentions Spartan Ops and whatnot. Apparently, Spartan Ops is going to have a legit story too, so it can actually be counted as a mini-campaign.
  3. He got some things wrong, but you get the point. No need to be rude. OT: Halo always has some sort of driving/get there now before *expletive* gets real sort of mission. It would be odd of Halo 4 not to. lol
  4. Yeah, the hunters were super easy to kill on CE lol Then on Halo 2 you had to have a heavy weapon. Then on Halo 3 you had to have a heavy weapon and a lot of luck... Then on Reach you had to have a heavy weapon, skill, and a bunch of luck...... Honestly, not sure if I'm looking forward to Halo 4 hunters or not...
  5. Actually, they aren't new. From what we've been told, they are covenant that were outside the known bounds of space and don't know that the prophets have been killed or even that the great schism took place.
  6. Lol I edited my original post as well. And from what we've been told, yes. They don't know about the Great Schism, they don't know about the Prophet's Deceit, and they don't know that the war is over with the humans.
  7. To be fair though, Frankie also "confirmed" that the covenant wouldn't be in Halo 4 lol Well GUESS WHO'S BACK IN HALO 4! WHY DO YOU LIE TO US FRANKIE!?! WHY!?!? q.q
  8. I know this is pretty old, but it still made me rofl xD
  9. Well from what I've been told and read/seen from 343i, the "Storm" isn't technically rogue. They are a spec ops group that hasn't been in contact with their benefactors for an extended period of time. Sort of like the black ops agents you hear about who are too deep behind enemy lines to communicate with their leaders.
  10. It's possible. The "Storm" has been out of contact with the rest of the covenant for a while, so they may not even know of the Great Schism.
  11. Yes I do lol and I would love to one day be able to go on that show and meet Stephen Fry.
  12. Either you worded your question incorrectly, or the answer is one. The Gomboc. It's the world's only self-righting shape.
  13. That doesn't prove that there is an 11th, it simply says that there are a bunch of scientists TRYING to prove that there is an 11th. It's not even a theory yet, it's a hypothesis still.
  14. At least 10. The 10th is stated to contain absolutely everything that ever was and will be though, so it's unlikely that there is an 11th.
  15. Did you know that there is a wikia strictly for Halo humor?
  16. Wow no spelling errors! Who are you and what have you done with Twinreaper? ;D lmao But in all seriousness, I see your point. However, I must point out that I was not stating that H2 should have a remake, I was attempting to explain to Azaxx the impact that H2 had. Not necessarily the impact it had on gamers (even though that impact isn't exactly small either) but the impact it had on gaming in general. Which was very, very large. As for whether or not H2 deserves a remake or not, I'd like to go on record saying that it does, simply because it would make a lot of people happy. For me, Halo 2 was my favorite campaign, even though it was buggy and unfinished (and I am by far not alone in this opinion). That sort of gave it a charm that you don't often see in games these days. Just figuring out the glitches alone was worth about 30+ hours of gameplay. Unfortunately these days, it is increasingly difficult to relive the Halo 2 campaign, as it is no longer in production. I know it's out for the PC, but I despise Windows Vista and so that's out of the question. lol
  17. I've heard decent things about it, but it definitely isn't the best Dodge out there. I recommend going to a new car dealer and asking about the Dodges there (rather than at a used car dealer, who will lie to get you to buy) then going to a used car dealer and using this new knowledge to get a better deal.
  18. I used Bumper Jumper a lot in Reach, so I'm used to sprint on X lol Honestly, I can adapt to any controller variant. I don't even mind this. As long as left stick moves, right stick aims, and right trigger fires, I'll be good.
  19. Indeed. This post actually game me a decent idea. One of the more popular missions in Halo 2 was when you got to play as The Arbiter. So, what if they made a game that was based on Sangheili? I'm not talking about a full game like Halo 4, but maybe just a little something on the side like ODST. It would be an interesting insight to the way Sangheili behave. Also, this would be post covie-human war, so no worries about being forced to kill humans.
  20. Ahhhh, this is a bit of complex anatomy! It has to do with the way your tongue tastes things. Some of the chemicals in a plum register as sour or bitter on your tongue, and the others (such as sugar) register as sweet. It's a bit of a testament to the human mouth that we are able to simultaneously feel both of these sensations (or taste them, if you'd rather). This is dependent on the person. If you read the answer above, you'll know that some of the chemicals in Limes and Lemons register as sour on our tongues. However, the amount of effect these chemicals have is completely dependent on the person's tongue that it's touching. An example of this is "spiciness". Some people cannot stand it, because it hurts them more than the people who love it. For my tongue, it's lemons though. lol
  21. OHOH! I KNOW! Goats on a Boat? "Hatred does not cease by hatred. Only by love. This is the Eternal Rule." -Buddha
  22. Various different websites. If you google search something like "The Hunger Games weapons for sale" you should get quite a few sites selling HG weapons. And if you search "Movie weapons for sale" you'll get a bunch more for other movies! Franco Corelli was known for his amazing voice range. He died in '03 though, but technically that's modern. xD Pine Gap is the commonly used name for a certain satellite tracking station. It's the Aussie "area 51" lol
  23. Most of the stuff they had to remove in the Original Halo 2 made up Halo 3. xD
