    I can answer one of those questions. Custom gamer-pictures don't exist, you can only take those of which are supplied and can be downloaded or a personal picture through an xbox camera. However you can't make this personal picture one of which everyone can see.

    I picked up my chrome controller about a week ago and the feel is a lot better, I also think the transforming D-Pad is a nice touch. However, if you don't want to throw in an extra 10$ for a nicer controller you're not going to experience any problems with the older controller.

    Try clearing your cache, it's helped me multiple times with Halo related issues.
