  1. Hello members of the community! As you know every month on the 25th a list is delivered to the forum. A list of 15 names selected by "The Great Committee." (Red, myself, the piece of bread whose name escapes me, Swaguroth, and xXT0T4L_M4YH3MXx) This month saw many newer members step up and really begin to benefit the community by adding meaningful content to discussions, hosting playdates, and even being a friendly face to all who enter the shoutbox. There were so many members to choose from this month, so many doing things to help the community. Because of this there have been rocks thrown, shins kicked, members of the committee booted, bread roasted, and heavy misuse of the word 'swag.' But we've become better people for it. Bnus and I have actually really enjoyed working with each other and being a part of this selection committee. (Of course you should still remember that bread cannot be trusted.) Oh, right the list! Here is the list of the Top 15 Members of February! (In a conveniently alphabetized order) Caboose Death Rhino Ubetrol Fishy HaloGeek JL - Whatever your name will be this month JXZAW Pbrabbit RRHuntington Self Destruct TheDumbMarine Twinreaper UNSC Spartan-II Vaultingfrog уαηg χιασ ℓσηg Zelda Honorable Mentions: Halo5Follower Mr. Biggles I would like to be the first to congratulate each and everyone of you. 4. I can't wait to join in on one of these lobbies, most likely it'll be the late night Friday lobby. But it'll be fun to play with such great members of our community, very excited.
  5. Welcome to the 21st 343i Weekly Community Poll! -Quick update, from now on the 343i Community Polls will be found in General Discussion rather than Offbeats- Last week's poll asked what you fans think of a Halo 2 Anniversary. There were many great opinions as to why, and some pretty strong points as to why not, never the less here are the results: On a side note, doesn't the mobile version of the site look absolutely beautiful in it's new color scheme? This week's poll is a topic many Halo players are familiar with. You've fought with them near since the bginning and they've become some of your closest allies. -NO, I'm NOT talking about the marines- I'm talking about ODST's and Spartans! Here's your question: In Halo 5, do you want to fight alongside ODST's or Spartans? Leave your thoughts and vote in the comments below. Voting deadline, March 3, 2014 at 6:00 AM Thanks for participating and see you next week! Have a complaint, suggestion, or question pertaining to the poll? Message Me.
  6. Back in my day they didn't have all of these fancy, shmancy event type thingamyjiggers, but shoot, I'll make it if only to tell some stories to ye youngsters 'bout life 'fore the days of rockets, churches, talking bread crumbs, and these ninja doodads.
  7. I received some very unfortunate and dissapointing news today. I'm not sure how many of you are Christians, but I'd appreciate all of your prayers.

  8. Congratulations on seven years! Hope there are many more happy years for you and him. P.S. They don't call it 'matchmaking' for nothing
  9. I knew it. This Drizzy_Dan guy is actually just the Green Lantern!
  10. Heroes vs Villains is the gametype, you could play it on Mos Eisley. I don't think you could play it on other maps.
  11. I may have to get a Wii U if there is indeed a track editor. The idea is great, and I would love to design my own tracks. I'm really hoping this has some level of truth in it. *fingers crossed*
  12. Star Wars: Battlefront is going to receive a greatly anticipated reboot in 2015 by Dice Studios. I was a huge fan of the Battlefront series and had a lot of fun blasting droids and rebels alike. So I've compiled a top 3 list of battles I'd like to see debut or return in the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront game! The Battle of Umbara This battle debuted in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The battle consists of the 501st battalion (normally led by Anakin Skywalker, but led by Pong Krell because of the situation) and the 212th attempting to take the capital of Umbara. I think the plot from this battle would be great for the campaign and the map would be a quick favorite for matchmaking. The map would be very dark, neccessating the use of night vision. There are many vehicles and weapons (some exclusive to this battle) that could be implemented, and would be excellent for a large sized map. The Battle of Kashyyk Another large scale map, The Battle of Kashyyyk looked absolutely beautiful in Battlefront 2. I liked how the map played, and it featured some very fun sniper spots, and excellent tactical gameplay. I'd like to see this map reappear in the upcoming game, but I'd like to see it expanded even more to fit the depiction of the battle portrayed in Episode III. The Battle of Hoth The battle of Hoth almost doesn't even need a description. Held in high regard among those in the Star Wars community, this map is a fast favorite. The huge AT-AT's seem to be quite the advantage at first, but this is balanced due to how slow they move and how easily they can be destroyed if a skilled pilot is around. I want this to be an exact remake of the map from Battlefront II. It's already perfect, nothing needs to be changed. That's my Top 3, list your Top 3 below along with a description, and why you want them below.
  13. I just sent to my xbox, I'll be honest, from an aesthetic standpoint this map looks amazing! I can't wait to see how it plays. Good job on submitting your first map, hope to see even more content from you in the future.

Wow, I'm sorry. Didn't even know you could do this :o

      Hello :)

  15. The only thing I could imagine you are referring to is a rumor that was posted on NeoGaf a few weeks ago. The post had many rumors in it, one being that a white Xbox One will launch later this year to coincide with Sunset Overdrive. The post also had a rumor that an update for the Xbox One would come in March. Not too long ago, an update for the Xbox One came out. So we don't know for sure yet, but I feel as though the white Xbox One with updated hardware is on its way, and that's what I'm going to wait and get.
  16. First of all, they're not just gonna give them the Xbox One for getting married, they have to buy an engagement ring. Second, do you realize how much engagement rings cost? A lot more than a little kid could afford. A cheap, good one is generally upwards of $500.
  17. Well your best shot is to tweet @BSangel on twitter. But there's always a chance someone from 343 will notice your post on Waypoint, not a very high chance, but a chance nonetheless. Also creative gamertag, I like it.
