No, Microsoft will not be making a Halo movie. After many rumors sprung up about Ridley Scott directing this film, these rumors have since been shot down by a Microsoft spokesperson in a response to Eurogamer. "The Halo franchise encompasses many elements, including games, action figures, novels and more," "As always, we have many projects in the works that offer us the opportunity to bring in new audiences to the franchise, as we did in the past with Halo Legends and Halo: Forward Unto Dawn." "We plan to continue telling the Halo story through innovative channels, but there are no plans for a Halo motion picture at this time." As it appears we will not be receiving a Halo film anytime soon, but we still have much to look forward to in the future with the Halo televsion series announced by Microsoft at last year's E3. Nicely developed article Omega, love the color I don't like weapons being purchased through DLC, I think all weapons should be unlockable by ordinary means, such as challenges, achievements, campaign veteran completion, etc. I feel like it takes away from the game when you didn't earn the weapon, you just simply bought it. Welcome everyone to the official 343i "Who Wore It Best?" This is a new game that I hope each all of you will either compete or at least vote in. The rules are quite simple and instructions are listed below: The Game. The game consists of 12 Rounds, each round consists of 3 Phases, each of which you have a particular task to accomplish. Phase 1 (Preparation) Phase 1 is about a 3 week long period. Members will use this time to create a Profile picture and a signature based off of the theme I provide. Phase 2 (Submissions) 3 Weeks after the theme is announced, members will "wear" their profile picture and signature for that one day. On that day, members MUST post in the submission thread provided, their profile picture and their signature to be eligible. Phase 3 (Voting) On the morning of the next day the voting will begin and last for four days. (You cannot vote for yourself) Once the voting is complete (the four days are over) the participant with the most votes will win. If You Win If you win a round you will be added to the list below and you will choose the theme for the next round. (Note: You have 24 hours to PM me with the new theme, if I do not receive a PM with the theme from the winner, I will choose one myself OR choose one that other members have suggested to me via PM.) With a franchise like Halo, there's no doubt there will be success. The thing is MS loses money for every Halo fan that doesn't buy an Xbox One. How do you limit that problem you keep Halo on Xbox One which in turn makes you more money because $500 > $60. So you can see, it's not a matter of Game success, but rather the success of the console.

Sadly there is no other option but to restart your progress, which stinks but it happens sometimes. Good luck on beating it!

The first Xbox 360 game I ever received was Call of Duty: Black Ops. I got it around April of 2011, the same day I got my Xbox. And look at me now...on a Halo forum.

No, I don't. I can't see it moving onto all consoles because Microsoft would undoubtedly take a hit to Xbox One sales. I mean when comparing Xbox One to PS4 the only big difference is $100 and exclusive games. Halo is MS's best selling franchise, so to move it onto all consoles could possibly sell more Halo's but it definitely won't assist Microsoft in selling the Xbox One.
