  1. Well in terms of design I think it comes down to preference. I don't really mind the way either of them look, seeing as there's not really a huge difference between the two. But in terms of performance I'd imagine Halo's Pelican would be the clear front runner. Seeing how technology advances rather than declines, Halo 4's Pelican is most likely faster, supports greater firepower, and/or has better shielding. I personally would like to see the Pelican more involved in the upcoming Halo titles. Particularly in the area of matchmaking, where I felt as though 343 disapointed with the only air vehicle being the banshee.
  2. $3,000 worth of property was stolen from the house down the road from me. The road I live on isn't even a mile and a half long...

  4. Congrats on 2 years Jack! Love the nostalgic username change. Good luck on your goals for this upcoming year, and maybe this'll be the year you become Dedicated!

    Reach

I'm not sure I understand your question, perhaps you could be more precise with what you're asking. If you're wanting to view your Halo Reach Stats you can view them on Halo Waypoint. Just click on games>Reach>Service Record. Also just to make sure you know this is not 343i's official site, we are just a fan site.
  8. Awesome post Director. I have to I want a Halo documentary to be filmed very badly now. #DirectorItsTimeToDirect
  9. Glad to see you'll be more active in the coming months VE. I really have missed your presence in the forum. You add so much to discussions and it'll be great to have you back.
  10. Battle Rifle. The Battle Rifle felt really powerful and sounded amazing in Halo 2.
  11. Say "Skummgummigubbe"...you know you want to.

  12. When Chief flashbacked to the last time he saw Cortana that made it for me. Good job by Team Beyond and Joe2quared on this one.
  13. I'd like the armor to be more like Halo Reach's rather than Halo 4's. In Halo Reach you had (for example) the ODST helmet. Well once you bought the helmet you could buy attachments and modifications to it. Rather than in Halo 4 where you unlock armor and anything else is just reskinned. I think being able to add these attachments and modifications greatly added to the player experience and helped make you feel like your spartan was unique like yourself. I hope Halo 5 can build off something like that rather than just adding different skins. Oh and yes it's time for Hayabusa to make its return too.

Thanks zebra! :) not sure why but I am just now seeing this. :/

  17. It doesn't seem illogical at all to think that the Covenant could've learned Human language. I mean everyone remember the Librarian and the Didact? They both talked to Master Chief in English. So my theory is that the Forerunners and Covenant learned and taught English. It would make sense that some Covenant would start "schools" to teach English considering how valuable the ability to intercept transmissions, interrogate hostages, and investigate Human items (i.e. notebooks, blueprints, etc.) would be in war.
  18. This is an excellent idea! I hope I'm able to make it, not sure yet depends on my schedule. But these games look very fun, especially the Hunger games match, those are always fun. So I hope see you all at the MME MEMEM MEE MMEEMM oh, just forget it...
  19. The next game in the Halo series will be led by Timothy Longo, who had previously worked as the creative director of games such as the Tomb Raider reboot and Star Wars: Republic Commando. Longo had also been working on an unannounced Star Wars first-person shooter just before LucasArts was disbanded and the property was purchased by Disney. Longo has joined the team behind the next Halo game as creative director, alongside franchise director and executive producer Josh Holmes at 343 Industries. Outside of a teaser trailer released at E3 earlier this year, details about the next Halo game have been scarce. So far, what we know is that it'll again be developed by 343 Industries, run on a new engine at 60 frames per second on the Xbox One, and will be out in 2014. SOURCE:IGN View full article
