Well Cortana is actually Forerunner A.I., so it would make sense that the UNSC would use even more Forerunner technology considering how advanced the Forerunners are in comparison to human life on any planet. So to answer your question directly, I think this ship was originally Forerunner, but the UNSC has adopted it into it's own fleets.

Considering Bungie got a ton of extra marketing from Red vs Blue, I think it's a given they make a glitch or something to allow for machinimas. It'd be very foolish of them if they didn't.

Well wasn't Halo: Spartan Assault (the W8 and tablet version) story about Sarah Palmer? Because the description from Waypoint said we would be fighting the Flood, so maybe it'll have more missions or another story entirely.

These are all awesome ideas! I'd like for the skulls to be implemented in campaign and matchmaking as well. I think it would be awesome trying to track down all the skulls, and I think having a skull helmet as a reward would be just as epic! I love the idea of the three different types of skulls too. Especially the Titanium skulls. The Titanium Skulls would be a great addition, I think my favorite ones were Uno, Paranormal, and Hunter. Wow, I really hope 343 finds this, really great idea.
