    Not really, well, depends on how you use it if you play a big map with an Assault rifle and a magnum expect to be PWNed all game long. Try using the DMR/BR as primary then use Assault for secondary that's what I do and I've gotten Perfections in maps like Exile that and don't depend your loadout to get you kills know where power weapons spawn, in Halo power weapons are key not loadout weapons

    I know the radars don't mess up anymore but I'm like 90% sure the active camo goes down when you shoot 'em

    Halo 4 is awesome in my opinion not a bad game just not a GREAT game like REACH(in my opinion) but at least we can sprint now
