It should change when the patch with new game modes is added.

Pathfinder, mainly for the turret speed bost while walking. Not being able to reach cover sucks.

I understand why the cap is in place, which is to prevent players from unlocking everything in the loadout menu right off the bat. However it's doing a horrible job and at this point is only constricting gameplay.
