    recently i got halo 4 for xbox and it worked for the first 5 day but has been going crazy ever since, first the sound in spartan ops bombed out, then in campaign, then it would not let me past mission 5 in campaign, i proceeded to try and install it and it came out with a big circular scratch on the back, i have tried to return it but sams club will not take it back, i have tried to contact support but i have gotten no reply, i have tried wiping my data from halo 4 and that didnt work either, btw i have a new xbox with over 200 g left it is a great game but i can not play it,
