I like it when playing on maps with choke points. Stick one of those in the hallway so it blocks it and it gives you enough time to recharge or for buddies to show up and hold them off. Its more of a delaying grenade than anything, not great for damage as its just too slow to go boom and its AoE just after you toss it is very weak.

Purely a matter of opinion. Sorry but its true. While I respect your opinion I dont particularly agree with it. So many people layed down hate upon ODST but that was my second favorite Halo game behind CE. Its all about personal preference and as I have never been a hardcore multiplayer person I just enjoyed the story (for the most part, I do have issues with it but oh well). People will play what they want to play and thats all their is to it.

I wasnt much of a fan of playing as an Elite and for this game it would be rather akward I would think. That being said I definately could see future Halo games with more playable Elites.

Thats the thing, players themselves do the balancing here. With such small percentage boosts there isnt much 343i would have to do. Being tailored to your own play style you more or less just enhance what your already doing, and with the ability for anybody to get any armor in the game players are on equal footing still. Its a give and take situation. If you spec fully into shields you give up damage, speed, recharge, ammo capacity or any number of other things people could think of. Things that can nullify your fully spec'ed shield. Just like choosing loadouts. You have several different ARs that while fill in the same role have different stats to them and affect things differently however slight. Thats players balancing players right there with those selections.

Bring it back! I am an even better meat shield in snipers than anything else.
