So I can't access servers? I am SR53, and have put a lot of my time into the game for it to suddenly tell me I just can't connect to the servers and play with my friends. Also displays me as SR1 on roster. Can't search, can't join. Very frustrating. Been really hyped on Halo 4 and I kinda feel like ya'll are ******* me? some customer support would be nice...is there a number or a way to send an e-mail? Is this going to be fixed by itself or do I need to fix something. What's even going on? Why can't I connect to the servers all of a sudden. My connection is solid. I know nothing, am confused, and don't feel like there is a way to get 343 to help.
