haha that minecraft bit is pretty funny, but honostly minecraft has been around for awhile. I hate it and refuse to play it as I would feel like total reject haha. I can't really compare the two honostly as if minecraft is a better game than Halo 4, that just doesn't make much sense. Different genres entirly. There are just more people willing to play a game like Minecraft (esspecially since it got thrown onto the 360 instead of just PC) than those willing to play a competitve FPS. Period.

your opinion, and nothing more. I wouldnt even know where to look up how many unique users go onto halo within a 24 hour period. I dont know how often those in-game numbers change (cuz its not instantaneous) so you cant really just go off of that. I agree those numbers are much lower than than the previous titles (not sure about Reach). I gave you plenty of reasons and you just neglect it becuase you think it's "silly." Its not exactly "unfinished" either. It's just a whole different feel for Halo compared to the original triliogy. The playlists are shaping up great and there have been updates and fixes to bugs (like ALL Halo titles go through). What is'nt up is a file browser in game and online (which is being updated soon, and seriously, that alone doesn't break the game for me, that is just silly haha) and the ranking system. THAT is a complete 180 in the other direction as all Halo games (except CE) had a ranking system online. This might turn the core/competitive gamers away (it has truely given me replay value which is why I lasted 2-3 years on Halo 3 and the same with Halo 2). So no...if you're going to try and pin a reason on why the population is low, it's not becuase the game isn't "finished", it's because it's not the Halo we all used to know. I have no problems with it other than replay value in the future (wondering how the web based ranking will be). Also you totally overlooked my other options for why the population isn't to your standards...its not JUST the games...

Not going into detail, just pointing out a few issues with your statements: 1) Hardlight shield is fine as it is. It is not OP. The wielder is unable to charge their shields while using it. If anything, toss a grenade and they die, or wait till the ability is over to finish them off with a few shots. 2)The stun when being shot using Sprint is fine. It would be broken that if everytim you are about to legit kill someone, that they sprint off and you are unable to do anything about it (slows down gameplay). Halo 3 didnt have this becuase there was no sprint. Halo Reach had this and well...sprinting was an ability choice and those who used it ran around like it was a marathon haha. 3) Bloom.....oh boy what to say...DMR bloom in Reach was terrible. It made shots inaccurate when trying to rapid fire AND when going at a good/fixed pace. MLG players even looked like crap when using it as it was the game's fault for inthe inaccurace thanks to bloom. Reach is fine with the very little bloom they have for it. If you think no bloom is too easy, then you must think Halo has been an easy game since Halo 2.

it is not 2007 either....and you cant say those numbers stayed the same for 3 years without giving me proof. i played for 3 years straight, and I remember the population was nothing like its first year. I remember trying to play the game on release date and the servers crashed because soooo many people were trying to pop it in. this guy would essentially be correct. COD MW2 was the first COD game I ever played and it was during the summer (for about 2 months) before Halo Reach was released. Only really 2 big COD titles were out at the timeframe of Halo 3 and I am unsure about other shooters as Halo is my primary game of choice. Oh...can't forget Gears of War as it started during the launch of the 360. TODAY, 2013, the market has for starters: COD 4 MW COD MW2 COD MW3 COD World at War COD Black Ops COD Black Ops 2 Battlefield Bad Company Battlefield Bad Company 2 Battlefield 3 Crysis 2 Crysis 3 Gears of War Gears of War 2 Gears of War 3 Halo 3 Halo Reach Sorry if some of these titles arnt TOP titles. They're just ones I have noticed in the past that seemed to be big hits. The only other shooter I have ever really focused on other than Halo is MW2 and MW3. Traditionally after a few years of playing Halo nonstop, I'll finally put it down and pick up MW and play until the next Halo title drops. I played MW2 for 2 months (the summer before Halo Reach) since after 2-3 years I finally his my peak and got bored haha. I played MW3 for about 6 months or so. I got bored of Reach after a little over a year (that's just sad). I havnt been able to play Halo 4 like I used to with previous titles since I'm out of school working jobs and trying to build a career in these crappy times. Needless to say, there are wayyyyyyy less hours in a day to spend addicted to games. And I'm sure I'm not the only one around here. So, it's not because this game is crap. It's because we are also probably seeing a transition of older gamers (Vets) leaving (or spending much less time as I do) and new gamers (remember how old you were when you started playing online multiplayer like Halo 2) coming in who have the time to kill a whole day playing games. I think this game is great and is poor to consider a game trash if the population is'nt up to YOUR standards. Oh and on another note, yes, Crysis 3 was just released a few days ago I believe. Very big title....I wont play it though haha

Im still playing it, so why would I care if other people I do not know play it? I dont... You have to take into consideration of the time of day and if it's a weekday or weekend. Then you take into account of all of the other optional games that people are able to play (lets just stick to FPS games). It's not like back when Halo 2 was released and it was the only huge title to have competitve online gameplay. Today, there are SOOOO MANY FPS games to compete with that the population is now more divided between the various titles. Hell, there is still Halo 3 and Halo Reach that retain a population away from Halo 4. Not to mention all of the Battlefield and COD titles that have online play with a population. Gotta think of the times, its not 2004. It's 2013!

2 bomb sites would ideally work better on a big team map/game i think. if there were 2 sites on a 4v4 well....we would have a tied game...simply put it wouldnt work at all. I like the 4v4 extraction. Yes its difficult to turn around and stop the team from capping, but it can be done with a proper team (mics anyone?) It isnt an issue with me
-
Havnt played a lot since I prefer to go in with at least a semi team, but good to know. I heard about straight up BR starts and picking up DMRs, glad to know its there, I just get unlucky haha
-
Doesn't matter and has no affect. As soon as you hear that final countdown stop hesitating and pick one. Chances are you just vote with with group knowing if you picked something else, you would simply be outvoted

4. In halo reach I would go to 10, play for like a week and feel used to it then, then I hit a point of awkwardness, then through it down anywhere between a 4-7 and feel like a God haha.
-
I wish that the loadouts all started with BR. That 1 loadout with DMR catches my eye and usually I'll pick it, but I do not want plasmad and there are no armor abilities. Unlike with the BR they get the good accessories haha. But if I'm in a firefight, I'd rather be handling the DMR
-
Wasn't that great only in 1 title and that was halo 2. That's like saying armor abilities are what make Halo feel like Halo. Only 2/5 legit titles had em. It's more than that...
-
Dual wielding? No far too messy...wasn't even needed in Halo 3....dual wielding has no part in making halo "feel like halo" again lawl
-
You're lucky I hardly get shotty snipes. I got less than 100 kills before its mastered haha only reason I try to get shotguns after that its just straight sniping for me. Never have I had a problem get a straight up snipers game that's for sure Oh and would you rather play people hiding in corners with shotgun or hiding far away with snips where you hardly see their head but they clearly see you. Suck it up haha
-
Twice for me. They made their colors pink so they knew who was who. The first time I ran into them I lost by 10pts. So it was 4v1 pretty much. A few days later I ran into another 4 pink players working together on regicide haven an I actually owned em all. It was a headache being outgunned and always taking on at least 2 people at a time, but it all worked out in the end. Honestly it does suck though.

Halo 4 maps>>>>>>>>>Halo Reach maps Haters gonna hate
-
Better start whoring those friend requests haha
-
Old news probably put onto a back up server as they work on maintenance. It has happened in the past is no big deal. It'll be up later (dunno when). And you don't lose your loadouts (unless u get a glitch) or lose your rank. It's just a back up server so all of your information isn't available to see
-
Shotty snipes just so I can finish mastering the shotgun. After that...well....it doesn't matter much
-
It's called a custom game bro.....smh
-
It's called tapping the melee button instead of holding it down LAWL
-
No matter to me. I already mastered it so I got all the kills ill need from it lawl
-
It's always been like that. Glitches...glitches everywhere. The last 2 months for monthly challenged have screwed up on me exactly as you have depicted. However I am 130 now, and I could care-less about challenges now
-
The game just ejects the teams into searching for the next match (the system doesn't want the same people playing each other again). But there are those few seconds where we can talk smack to the other team haha. Oh we'll smack talking was always the best part in doubles
-
This must be your first halo game. If not, then smh 25% faster..
-
Just wait till its officially released. The file browser in game isn't even up and running yet and the online portion won't be for a while. Not sure when either will be up and running (can't remember).
