Hahahaha who gets Doubles confused with multi team? Smh

The reason why I missed Doubles so much was because of the competition. I know the person/people I play with and so there is communication NON STOP and games can quickly get "heated." With every other playlist offered at the moment, I never get hyped up for a game since I usually find myself running alone and pairing up with mic-less players (boring). I'm looking forward to Slayer Pro when it returns btw. Nothing beats winning a 2v2 (4v4) match with my bros and having the oppenents talk smack and invite us to a custom game, only to get slayed again. THE BEST FEELING EVER (or close to it). That's about it. Yes there is camping and hiding, however that only elevates the pressure. I dont tend to see this much as I play Doubles in Halo 4, ONLY WHEN PLAYING PRO. That's when it will get annoying, but there are so little places people can actually try to hide on the maps that we find them quickly enough. Not like Construct as you mentioned (I remember plenty of games like that).

Join in is always a gamble. I eliminate it by simply avoiding it all together, at least when playing by myself. If you don't know what I mean YouTube a vid about avoiding join in progress

The only way I can tell if I am facing a party is when I'm trying to join people or people joining me. If I see 4 people connecting to me (or vise versa) at the the same time, then I know they are together, instead of connecting to a player 1 or 2 at a time. (This is before the pre-game is put together, while the game is still locating players to put together in order to create a lobby).

Already figured everything out im just not used to watching the time since halo4 doesn't really have weapon spawns like the previous titles. I'll get used to it soon enough haha

Yeh I'm working so can't till tonight. I did a quick search and didn't find anything on the topic. Oh we'll just gotta do it the old fashion way

Does anyone happen to know or have a link that specifies the timing for weapon spawns and when power ups spawn (speed/overshield boost)? I played several games of Doubles and notices that they had fixed positions. Eventually started getting owned in the later games because I had no idea when the weapons would spawn and the enemy already knew the timing and layout of the new maps. I'll be looking into it on forge when I find time, but if anyone already has the information, then well...sharing is caring (no homo).

actually Halo Reach pissed me off more with grenades than in Halo 4. Never have i felt pissed with grenade spamming to the point I would have to vent on these forums LAWL

Slayer Pro will make a return and same with Snipers. It was stated that they took those out in order to make it more competitive (probably to go along with the new competitive playlist for their new ranking system). It wasn't taken out because of the lack of people wanting/playing it that's for sure.

Just stop crying a wait for the competitive playlists. The first is dropping Monday which is what I care about the most ATM (doubles pro)

Technically speaking each generation of Spartans isn't always as great as the previous. I have no idea about Spartan Fours and how well equipped they are, only that they were adults when they became Spartans. Spartan I < Spartan II > Spartan III ? Spartan IV

Lawl pathetic....now if it were halo3 and everyone was able to reach 50 in a mater of a few months like it was nothing (no boosting), then you can complain. Also first person view >>>>>> third person. Resin being people can litterally see around corners without making themselves visible (socom anyone?). Talk about camping to the extreme... There's a trio to avoid join in progress (YouTube it). Otherwise just be smart about it. I quit plenty n never get banned even in halo reach I never got banned. So long as I start a game at the beginning there is a 100% chance of me finishing that game, unless life calls on me short notice
