Caldy

With my pre-order of Halo 4 from GameStop, I got the Arctic Battle Rifle skin and the Hazop Forest armor skin. I had it for a while, and now both of these things are unavailable to me. It says I do not have the Arctic BR skin or even the Hazop armor unlocked yet. Is there a certain number I can call to talk to 343i directly? How would you go about solving this problem? Thanks.
