Imo the best load for ME was battle rifle,light rifle,dexterity, firepower, and for th AA i used the shield. If you are asking for the best loadout you are doing it wrong. You need to make one the fits your needs and game play style. I would play till you get around lvl 24 (almost everything is unlocked then) and make one that would be useful for you and that revolves around your play style
