    So now Halo is a generic console FPS? Halo is still a fantastic game. Look at the art, look at how absolutely polished the maps are. That's not Call of Duty. That's Halo. Can you imagine if every FPS had custom loadouts and sprint except for Halo? Do you know how quickly Halo would become obsolete? Faster than you can imagine. 343 recognize this, and they are adapting to it while still making Halo feel like Halo. Also, your picture is Jar-Jar, so your argument is invalid automatically.

    You're right, it's probably not coming tonight. That being said... it's still the 30th. At midnight, then come back and complain, but right now you've still gotta wait. And 343 loves their community and loves Halo. It's their first release ever and it's a huge one. Cut them at least a little bit of slack on some things.

    Nah. I generally stay away from objective games unless I'm playing with a full (or almost full) team of guys that I know won't leave. JIP play is how it needs to be. Bungie tried to eliminate this by enforcing a penalty, but it didn't work and this penalty wouldn't either.

    Probably a Binary Rifle. Snipers don't do that.

    Nope. The range is almost nothing on it and it takes half of a clip to charge up, plus the charge time is significant. I think that if other stats change (i.e. shields or regen) then it might become slightly overpowered, but for right now, it works pretty well if you know how to use it, but at the same time you can still stay away from it well too.

    Ok guys, the 30th still isn't up. Like I've been saying, they are probably doing rolling emails because they've had to sent out about three million of them. It's not as easy as just pushing send. Keep waiting and hopefully they'll be here soon. Also, don't forget to use the search bar before you post a topic.

    You'd be throwing the MLG community into a frenzy considering that's basically what everyone seems to use... I could see increasing the cool down though.

    Weird. I know that the suppressor is awful at range, but I would have thought that the faster fire rate would make up for the the fact that it isn't accurate.

    It couldn't hurt! I completely agree with you by the way, the host migration and such is really not good.

    I don't think it's overpowered. It might be teetering on the edge a little bit, but as it stands right now, it's fine in my opinion. The charge time is long enough and the charged shot takes up half a clip, not to mention that the shot only goes slightly past melee range. I think that as the shield and other stats stay right now, the boltshot is fine, but if some of that changes, the boltshot might become a little bit out of balance.

    Snipes, SWAT, and Slayer Pro are always my go-to playlists. I guess they just didn't have enough people playing. It's probably part of a rotation of different gametypes.
