It would be nice but I believe they should leave it as it is, Halo 2 is at some point in the future going to be something kids will learn about in museums. Why alter it? make it new? it was made in a time when game technology was at a little low, Halo 2 paved gaming for today. We must understand it was made at an older date and to re-make it now would lower its value. If you had a 1972 Mustang complete with all the bells and whistles and still ran perfectly, would you get rid of and make these parts newer? lowering the value of the car tremendously?

Mine would have to be Wabafet, I use to like team rocket in the "old" days. Like Pokemon 2000. Remember that? I use to watch that all the time.

First game I ever played was probably an old Mario game but the first real more mature game would be Halo 2 I think sometime after it was released in Grade 5.

When I played ghost busters for the first time, my friend and I would shoot each other with needlers when we where hunting the ghosts and all the needle explosions would raise us up in the air if we were in a corner.

I just came back from a run, I remember when I was younger I wanted motivation so I would look up to icons, the Spartans were kinda an icon so I would try to run as much as I would run in game xD

I would ask not to get too crazy with information, for after all this is the internet and you should not provide your exact location! I'll start! I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Halifax is a very old city and was founded in early pilgrimage to North America. Since the day it was founded Halifax became the main port city for Canada. Halifax harbor is the second deepest natural harbor in the world making Halifax a very rich city. During the American revolt Nova Scotia was raided many times and Nova Scotia fought for the North side of America giving it the nickname "the 14th State". It continued to trade with both sides until the Civil war. Halifax became the prized jewel and without her Britain would suffer a mighty blow. Halifax was then decked out with a mighty defense. The Halifax Citadel! No longer was Nova Scotia going to take any hits, this was just one of many fortifications spred throughout the Province. They wouldn't see use again till WWI and II. Today, Halifax is no longer so essential and Nova Scotia has seemed to have "lost a leg" but there is hope, lately Halifax has been paid 25 billion to produce new ships for the Canadian Navy. I truly love where I live for the massive history.

Yes this change bugged me also. I understand the Cryo chamber needed a refit, seeing as though in 3 it was simply a rough gray mass, almost like a last minute add on. But the Forward Unto Dawn her self. Bungie introduced the Destroyer in Halo 2, it has stayed the same ever since. In "The Thursday War" cover art you also see frigates featuring their classic "thruster wings" that was made by 343i. Idk why the 'Dawn' has suddenly changed, I have no idea but it still says "frigate/destroyer" when you look at it and thats good enough for me.

Thanks guys. I just really wanted to create a little back story. I come up with a lot of stories and stuff like this. I just decided to share this one

The Halo Universe is huge. It has a set future, but a history with a more than 500 year gap leaving us to build upon. This is just an idea, I don't have names or exact dates but I was wondering what people think and if I get good feed back, maybe I could make it a short story. My idea follows, not a spartan, nor a soldier but a young lady. She was born on Earth to a rich ship building family producing star-ships since early human colonization in the 24th century (2310). The business was famous for their massive and beautifully built ships, flying rich customers in style and grace. Later, terrorist actions led to the destruction of three major production lines and taking hostage and destruction of over a dozen ships due to the business's close connections to the UNSC. That forced the business to start building smaller, less expensive ships to keep from going bankrupt. Not much later did the UNSC pay the business large amounts of money to convert their ships into large mobile hospitals. The Covenant raged and destroyed many planets and ships. That led to a long process of replacing. The ships became less and less grand. The young lady, she never knew a world with out the Covenant. The only time she saw her family business in might and glory was in old family records. During a recovery on Reach, her father and her fiancée died when a Covenant capital ship glassed the Business's representative tower in New Alexandria. In a state a irrationalness she orders a new ship be made. She takes the fundings from the UNSC and puts them towards this ship, trying to relive the business's gold years of ship building in the memory of her father and fiancée. The UNSC where not very "happy" and in ONI records they have an assassination and cover up project they may have used if not they came to an agreement. The ship is to transport and rescue civilians from loyal colonies. The ship is sent on many missions and is successful in all giving it the nick name "reliable". During the battle of Earth she is equipped with weaponry and is forced into battle. How will she end up? Well I myself am not that far yet. What do you think? and please provide some ideas or your own. Edit: I got some names for the ships and "the lady"! Her name shale be "Evangeline" She also gets that name from the "UNSC Evangeline" A Frigate that sacrificed it's self to bide one of the business's ships enough time to escape into slip-space from the rebels. The ship's heroic actions saved thousands and Evangeline's mother who was pregnant with her at the time. This is the kind of clothing I picture her as wearing: And then there is Evangeline's death wish. The ship, the ship worth billions, imported materials across all existing Human controlled space, washed and polished to perfection. The "HMS Britannic", named after the largest ship to sweep the seas during WWI, yes thats right, larger than even Titannic. Much like the ship over 600 years previous "HMS Britannic" was converted into a hospital ship. But when the UNSC took nearly full control of her Evangeline changed her name. Now, The "UNSC Undreamt-of Violence" (named after a survivors description on the actual Britannic sinking) will go to the front lines with Evangeline on-board.

Dan is correct. Luke; I don't know what happened neither do I care. Luke I have stayed because of the community, you guys have made me happy when I should have been sad. I thought about what I did. For many hours, but the forum was like Wendys after a long soccer game, unfreakenbelievable. Luke, you should stay for the people you have met. We can always play on reach now and then but the forum is the communication hub. I don't know what the Mods are like "behind the seines" but I do know we and a lot on here are friends. If you want to abandon us, okay but please rethink this over.

Yes I have a few mistakes, like eluding should have been including! I would never elude AD from thanks! xD but that's just the way interviews are people, these answers are completely true and have been made up on the spot with little to or no editing.
