Can someone tell me why so many people like the plasma rifle? It is weak from anywhere but up close and still takes a lot if shots to kill. What am I missing?

I love it. It's a great idea and is nicely executed. Nicely done.

Can someone tell me why waypoint would default with my halo reach service record and make me do a couple of clicks and another login to see halo 4 service record? This seems absurd.
